Bernie Mac Dies at 50
Comedian Bernie Mac died of pneumonia at age 50 early Saturday morning.
His rep released this statement: “Actor/comedian Bernie Mac passed away this morning from complications due to pneumonia in a Chicago-area hospital. No other details are available at this time. We ask that his family’s privacy continues to be respected.”
Mac, who was nominated for Emmys in 2002 and 2003 for The Bernie Mac Show, was admitted to Northwestern Memorial hospital for pneumonia on August 1 and was expected to make a full recovery.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Bernie, his family and friends.
RIP.

RIP. Though, I must say, I never really followed his career. I avoided Guess Who, which looked terrible.

I still can’t believe that B-Mac has died. I am still in shocked and so sad. My heart goes out to his family and also my thoughts and prayers goes out to them as well. RIP B-Mac. You will be greatly miss.
