Katie Holmes is a High-Waisted Hottie
Katie Holmes debuts a new pair of J Brand high-waisted wide-leg jeans (and accessorizes with a Chloe bag) while arriving for rehearsals in New York City on Saturday.
In previous days, the 29-year-old actress has been wearing husband Tom Cruise’s Prps pegged jeans!
“Prps has adapted the style for women in the new fall collection as the Boyfriend jean,” Kim Dillard, a rep for Prps Jeans, tells Us Weekly.
Katie has been practicing day-in and day-out for her upcoming Broadway debut in the Arthur Miller play All My Sons, which opens on October 16 and run through January 11, 2009. The play also stars John Lithgow, Patrick Wilson and Dianne Wiest.

I agree with the prior poster … she looks like a young Audrey Hepburn here. She has a beautiful face — and I love the new pixie hair cut on her. Now she just needs to start dressing little Suri in some “regular” toddler play clothes instead of gold flats and dresses all the time!

It’s hard for Katie to pick the right look because she is long-waisted without much hip definition either. She needs someone to help her dress to best show off her figure shape.

Why is Holmes simply taking her daughter out to parks and musicals PR moves rather than genuinely taking her daughter out like any other mother, #6? You only accuse her of that unlike other celebs who do the same because you dislike her.

Every site I go to shows these pictures of her with some little smilely blurb about how amaaaazing she looks, and it makes me think I need a new computer screen. Thank God for the comments sections, where I find the only sane doses of reality. Katie Holmes looks like hell, she cannot dress herself and I believe she is either seriously ill or battling some psychological disdorder like depression where Tom won’t let her take meds. Why keep posting pictures with captions like “hottie” like we can’t see what’s right there in front of our eyes? LOL
If she looks like Audrey Hepburn, then you’d might as well say Jessica Simpson looks like Marilyn Monroe. LOL.

I think she’s very naturally appealing, and looks very chic and unpretentious. However, she IS but a shade or two away from “soccer mom”, which is quite possibly how she views herself anyway; being married with kids to a much older man.
Hey McLOVIN, I’m on your side…… I was watching one of the night time shows, like Inside Edition or Showbiz Tonight. ( I watch all of them ). The commentator said ” Katie talking to husband Tom has her cheery, per bodyguard,”.. ” and kept away other gawkers”. I thought that was sweet and was hoping she would put the phone to Suri’s ear to talk to her daddy. In some of the pictures yesterday she looks so sad and pale. No harm intended… I love Katie and Suri, as you read from all my posts. I wonder if she is homesick, or misses her mother since she went home. ( popsugar online ). I agree with you about other celebrities and their children. They can take them out with no problem like the Jolie-pitts, but the minute Katie steps out with precious Suri, every Cruise hater and basher comes out of the wood work. What is up with that??? Yes, I have asked EVERY time a Katie site comes up. Why do people hate Katie and Suri so much?? Have not figured that out yet. Sad.

some ppl are really naive. do you think katie and suri are caught being photographed randomly? they arrange with the paps to give a heads as to when they’re showing up and where they’re going. why do you think suri is always dressed up? tom is a media wh!@# and so is katie.
They always have the paid photogs on alert. Most outings with Suri are carefully choreographed and planned in advance. Tom Cruise has a bizarro fear that he is as important as a world leader and needs to be protected as such so he would never in a million xenu years let Suri do something normal out in public. Rest assured, everyone from People magazine to the National Guard is aware of where and when Katie will be somewhere with Suri so pictures can capture the special staged moments. You might see even playground pictures that weren’t taken in a playground…
I really like her jeans. The high waist is SO much more comfortable for us women. I do hope jeans for women, not designed by gays with a hatred of women, get back in style!
