Nicole Kidman is Cirque Du Soleil
Aussie power couple Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban catch a showing of the new French-Canadian Cirque du Soleil at the Entertainment Quarter in Sydney, Australia on Saturday.
On their first post-baby date without daughter Sunday Rose, Nicole, 41, and Keith, 41, wore matching black leather jackets and caps.
Kidman is expected to return to the set of Baz Luhrmann’s Australia, in which she stars with Hugh Jackman, at Fox Studios this week.

#51, nicole never said that her children don’t call her mum, she said that they don’t call her “mummy”. when the interviewer asked what they did call her she said “mum and sometimes nicole” as a joke…
if you’re going to take venomous shots at nicole you might as well get your facts straight…
personally i feel very sorry for her, you only have to see pictures of her with the kids from a few years ago (before the tomkat saga) to see that she loves them very much and now for unknown reasons she doesn’t have regular access to them - very sad.
#19 kidman’s rep confirmed to fox news that nicole’s children did go to nashville to meet their sister, there was that fan sighting but i think that seemed a little “ify” as well. but a statement from nicole’s rep seems reliable to me. also, only connor was photographed at different events and i think the real question should be about why a 13 year old whose mother is heavily pregnant in another state is more interested in flying planes and hanging out with david beckham… it could be that he’s just 13 or it could be good old scieno disconnection…
I realize that I don’t know everything about Nicole’s relationship with Connor and Isabella. But I am curious about it and I wonder how the custody of them ended up the way that it did. It does SEEM that they spend very little time with her. The kids seem to be in LA most of the time and Nicole is photographed in Australia, Nashville, on multiple movie sets around the world and very rarely in LA. She JUST bought a house in LA recently.
She seems to have given up a lot when she and Tom divorced and I just wonder how the decisions were made that Tom got pretty much full control of the kids.
I’m glad she’s been able to sort of “start over” with Keith but it has to be very painful for her and the kids for them to be separated most of the time.
I just keep wondering what kind of man would be with a woman who doesn’t really care or spend enough time with her other children? As a mother who went through this, my ex stopped seeing our daughter when she was 12 and at 26 she still feels abandoned. He went off to another country and started a new family just like Nicole did. I was a huge fan of Keith Urban, but I am seeing him in a different light. Maybe he thinks it will all be different and Nicole will never abandon her new child. I am sure her teen daughter really needs her now. It shows how truly selfish Nicole is. I know they just bought a house in LA. Maybe she will finally live near her kids–HA!

Liliana - you are correct, and IF those kids were with her, it was for a time frame of about 24 hours - WOW! I’m still not impressed. So in over a year, she has spent 24 hours with her kids. No holidays, no birthdays - nothing else.
I’m glad all of you nay-sayers track Nicole so heavily. She has seen her kids much more than you all are giving her credit for. She has been in LA a lot more than you seem to remember. She loves those kids and they love her. That is all that matters, not your uninformed opinons. Just because you don’t see pictures and blog entries of her daily (like Katie and the unhappy Suri) with the kids doesn’t mean she doesn’t see them. The kids seem happy, secure and well-loved by both families. What better situation could you ask for for your children–to be loved by all sets of grandparents, to be loved by the new spouses, to be loved by the new siblings. When you see pictures of her with Connor and Bella–you can see the genuine love, respect, and liking. You know after the divorce she had physical custody (it is a joint custody situation–if you don’t believe me go to The Smoking Gun and read the divorce papers) for several years, then the kids decided they wanted to settle down in LA and Tom said he would settle down with them. Both Tom and Nicole have said that in interviews (one each I believe). Everyone seems happy except you haters who have to stew and make up things that aren’t true about her relationship with the kids. Keith even said that although they don’t see them as much as they would like–he has learned a lot about love from his step-children–having them in his life. They seem happy (all of them) and this situation seems to work for them. So why the hell are you haters picking this to death?

I recently saw Keith Urban in concert and let me tell you, there is not an ounce of fat on that man’s lean, muscular body. He looks fabulous in person. Pictures can be very deceiving.
Obviously she only adopted the other two because Tom wanted. She was probably never much of a mother to them. Nicole doesn’t seem very maternal.
Anybody else find is strange that Urban’s family hasn’t seen the baby yet - not even a picture of her?

Oh yeah, and if Tom and Katie did this, they would get crucified. Nicole is kind to the press, because she knows how brutal they can be when they don’t like you (one just need to look at how they treat Tom)

Nicole said she wanted privacy for Sunday, and she’s nice with the paparazzis…she’s not stupid like other celebs…and in this case, there was not any reason to her to be rude with them. And I really like her atittude of asking the paparazzis not to fallow her and baby Sunday around Sydney. That was the right thing to be done, I just hope they respect it.
To whom it may concern, Keith Urban won’t be 41 until October 26, 2008. He was born October 26, 1967. Those jackets are not “biker” jackets either (lol), just expensive black leather coats. Apparently in Australia, the reporters don’t know the difference but the biker dudes and biker chicks here in America sure do.
They aren’t exactly matching outfits, they just both have on leather jackets and black caps. Anything for a story, I guess.
I think Nichole is a beautiful woman, talented happy for her and Kieth,but i never see her with her other children its a rarity. It seems Tom and Katie always have the other children unless that’s there agreement???
Uh, yes they are biker jackets…every biker I know wears ones just like them (and indie rockers of the early 90’s did too—e.g. fans of the Ramones) Biker doesn’t only mean Harley…in fact to many it’s anything but Harley. Some of us prefer old Laverdas, Kz’s, BMW’s , Indians and Hondas.
There are a few biker styles but not that many and both those coats qualitfy Lowezl.
