No Bail for Blonsky’s Dad
Nikki Blonsky’s father has been denied bail and will remain in the slammer in Turks and Caicos until the trial begins on Aug. 19 according to Star.
The judge ruled that Nikki’s father Carl is a foreigner and is a potential flight risk.
The brawl happened on July 29th after the Blonsky family were involved in a conflict with America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden.
DO YOU THINK the judge should have granted Blonsky’s dad bail — YAY or NAY?

Zikki fans tend to grasp at straws. They always say that Zac and Nikki like to keep their “close friendship” private. Honestly, I doubt that there’s anything that went on even in private, hence the lack of photos, fan encounters, photos that even show a hint that they saw each other on some private gathering even as friends.
Truth be told, they barely even had a photo taken together even during some public awards after HS was shown. HS promotions are over and it seems that Nikki and Zac don’t appear as close as they made it appear during the movie promo. Zikki fans need to wake up and stop dreaming. They were co-workers once upon a time at best. Anything more than that is obviously a figment of imagination.
And with that, watch now as some defensive Zikki fans come out in full force and defend Zac and Nikki’s oh so special relationship and bring the hate on JJ for reporting about Nikki’s dad even when this news has been reported all over the net already.
And as for the Blonskys…Goodluck and try to keep out of trouble next time.

um why would he? He went somewhere with his friend, it’d be stupid to go to NY with your friend just to see nikki.

then when she arrived at the Teen Choice Awards a little late last week because of flight problems getting by to LA that day - who got a big hug on the red carpet from Zac and who got the sweetest smiles from Zac throughout that same evening?
were either of these Nikki - I don’t think so……dream on.

JJ in this case it would have to be a Nay. Nikki’s Dad is a foreigner and if he catches a flight out of the country before his court appearance, it would be difficult to get him back to stand for trial. However, I guess they could have grant him bail and then confiscate/ hold back his passport to prevent him leaving the country. It must be pretty serious for them to hold him in jail pending his trial.
My sympathies with Nikki, hope she gets him a good lawyer. Her life has only just begun.This maybe a lesson learnt, but an expensive and damaging one. So Nikki fans, stand by her and accept it for what it is and just pray for her and her family and may things smooth over for all parties concerned.
cheninator, I know it makes you mad when a Zanessa fan comes and says things like that. Just ignore them and continue to pray and support your idol. This has been in retaliation for the past jibes, snide and downright bitchy remarks from some Nikki fans in the past on Zac’s and Vanessa’s threads especially when she went through a very trying time in her life late last year.

I know I am going to be totally slamed for this but here it goes…
I don’t see how him hitting a woman is relevant here. I am not saying I condone hitting a woman, or hitting anyone in general but in this situation I feel that useing the gender card is not fair. In this altercation you have women hitting women and women hitting men and that is all fine and dandy but the minute a man hits a women we bus a gut and say he deserves jail and horrible treatment? I understand according to reports the person he hit was injuried seriously enough to be put in a hospital but Nikki was in a neckbrace, so why not say throw whomever hit her in jail and have no chance of bail?
All parties are at some fault here but I don’t see why we are saying just because he hit a woman he needs to stay in jail. He hit a person, that is what happened; sex is irrelevant here. I do believe that he deserved bail because I can’t see him fleeing and not returning to face his concequences. I also don’t feel he is at complete fault here, he was acting on impulse at seeing his daughter hurt and attacked. What person wouldn’t act when someone they love was being assulted or hurt? Was it his best judgment? Maybe not but it was made and I believe he understands that and is ready to face the repercusions.
I just hope that this ends well for the parties involved and that the true story is discovered and what needs to be done is done and they can all move on from the situation and get back to their lives. I wish Carl the best at his trial on the 19th and Nikki the best at hers in Dec. From seeing the video and hearing stories of witnesses I stand by the belief that the altercation was started and progressed by Bianca and I hope she recieves the just result of her actions.
Anyone who isn’t a Vanessa/Zanessa fan can just ignore this, but my advice to all Vanessa/Zanessa fans: Don’t bash Nikki.
I’m not trying to play off what happened. What Nikki did was inexcusable and her and her family definitely should be punished for behaving that way in public. I say this because this is our chance to really prove ourselves. When Vanessa’s scandal hit, Nikki and Zikki fans used it as an excuse to question Vanessa’s character, unaware that, a year later, Nikki would be faced with a scandal just as serious, if not more.
It seems like the perfect oppurtunity to return the favor, and it’s so extremely tempting, but I think the best type of revenge is rising above revenge. We can prove that Vanessa fans are too classy to stoop down to the level they were at last year by leaving this alone. There’s no use adding insult to injury, and we’ve been there and done that, and we know what it’s like.
Just be thankful it isn’t Vanessa getting the heat this time around and leave it at that.
