Katie Holmes: Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
Katie Holmes takes her daughter Suri Cruise to see the Broadway show Mary Poppins in New York City on Saturday.
Suri, 2, has been making the Broadway rounds, seeing The Little Mermaid last week!
With little Suri over 2 now, a lot of attention has been given to her constant use of her bottle. Extended bottle-feeding may lead to speech and dental problems according to pediatricians.
WHAT DO YOU THINK about Suri’s bottle’s business — still a baby or time to grow up?

.she is very stupid woman indeed….poor suri,..suffers and mother do nothing…mercy
It looks like Suri has become traumatized by the paps, the bright flashes and probably the stupid questions they yell. That’s sad. What chance of a normal life can this child possibly have in the future as she will be hunted her entire life by aggressive paps. The money is just not worth it.
It depends on the child’s attention span. My grandson sat quietly at shows at SeaWorld and Disney World when he was 2. He loved it!!! He also was a bit late giving up his bottle and his TEETH ARE FINE and he SPEAKS WELL!! He is now 3 and no bottle but still enjoying shows and movies without talking during the shows.
My Brother Still Uses His Bottle At Night And He’s 5
why does she not let the little one walk. she treats her like a baby - she has legs let her use them. ok at night if she’s sleepy but every picture she is being carried. the poor thing covering her eyes and ears,-you’d think her mum would realise she gets upset with all the attention and keeps her away from it all
and please, ditch the bottle
What I’am concerned about,is the paps flash bulbs.Anyone can see
that hurts this dear little girl’s eyes! Why can’t Katie get a clue about that?
There are pictures about a year ago, where Suri waved at the paps.
Now there is just too much flash bulbs for her and she covers her face. I feel sorry for Suri, when this happens.

Little Suri is a baby this child is not 3yrs old yet and you silly f**k called her a silly girl. Leave the child alone and let her parents decide when to take her bottle and when to take her to a broadway play. You people make me sick and that one person that goes to all the threads spreading his hate about Tom Cruise is a nut case also. We all have known that Mr Cruise was a Scientology for a long time now and this nut is talking about Tom’s church like we just knew yesterday. I bet Tom Cruise will not attack other religions because he has been on that side himself before he was Scientology. This is a free country and it is not against the law. It called freedon to choose what ever religion you perfer in peace. Another thing you stupid people need to stop saying that Suri looks lik Katie X boyfriend..that kid looks nothing like that guy, that child look like Tom and Katie and thats facts, I know you wish. You need to stop saying Tom Cruise cant have babies. Nicole Kidman was married to him for Ten years and she said she had miscarriages, so either Tom could have babies or Nichole was a hoe.
Someone actually went through over 100 comments to personally respond to poster numbers with opinion rebuttals? LOL. Me thinks we take this a bit too seriously.
I agree however that maybe the poor little kid should be left her bottle. Judging by these sad pictures, it is one of her only sources of comfort while Mommy pimps her out to the press.

My Brother Still Uses His Bottle At Night And He’s 5
************************************************************
People can trot out examples all they want, whether it’s a grandson, nephew, or who saw Ferris at 31 Flavors. In general it’s good idea to wean children from bottles.
Have you folks ever heard of probability or likelihood? Saying Suri ought not stay on a bottle does not mean she’ll *definitely* develop problems; it means that it’s *more likely* that she’ll develop dental and speech problems. As a parent, why do something that will increase the odds that your child will have problems?
I think it’s wonderful that Suri is getting to experience these things! If her parents think this is the right thing to do, we shouldnt question it. Also, give these parents a break! I have 3 children-the 1st one was on the bottle for only a short period (her choice), the 2nd was on the bottle until about 4, the last until he started Kindergarten. I’m a stay-at-home mom, and if it’s not bothering ME, and it’s not affecting my children in a negative way, it’s no one elses business. Go Katie! :)
Leave this couple alone. Suri is the most beautiful child I have seen. Will she have the bottle in high school? Quit pretending that you care.
let your kid stay up past 7pm, for Christ sake! THATS crazy—NOT a 2 year old sucking a bottle, dumbass. your poor 4 year old probably still wears diapers, too, doesnt it?! Take that kid out and let it discover NIGHT TIME……its a beautiful thing, moron.
McLovin, please stop. Just … stop. Until JustJared puts you on the payroll, stop trying to moderate the comments section. Seriously, you need to get a life. Now.
As for Suri being on the bottle … I don’t think it’s healthy for her to be on it. I sucked a bottle until I was five and the only reason my parents took it away is because I was not allowed to go to kindergarten until I was weaned. I started sucking my thumb after that and royally messed up my teeth because of it. I didn’t get braces until I was 19 because my family couldn’t afford it and they had to break my top jaw to get it to align properly.
Take the baby OFF the bottle before it screws her up. It’s PAINFUL to get it corrected and I’d rather see the kid cry for the bottle now than cry from the pain of having extensive dental work to repair it.
I will bet you this kid is not crying and wigglie in the seat and standing up in the chairs, If so kathie would not be taking her. Mr Cruise might have other obligation that needs to be taken care of, just because you do not like him doesnt mean he is not still important in the movie world. You people dont know what you want Tom and katie to do. First you people said they were hiding Suri and that there must be something wrong with her mentally, Then you people say Tom Cruse was running Katie life and she was a prison in her own house, You people said he would not let her out of his sight and he was always with her, so now you are asking where is Tom Cruise. Now what is it going to be with you folks, you all need to stop player hating on these rich folk and stop being jealous because I know if I had their money I would be doing the same as they do and all you people would not be sitting at your computer talking about anybody, you would be on vacation some place. Another thing I would also sell my baby’s picture to a magazine if they asked, you better believe it and it does not have to be 14,000,000.00, I would do it for less and the majority of people would too and not give it to charity..
Lyn,
It’s clear you have no idea what you say, but ramble on.
Katie’s mom once said she didn’t know how to parent Katie. Well, it looks like the apple didn’t fall far from the tree.
Katie’s in a jacket blazer and pants. Poor Suri. Why not at least dress her in some tights or give her a light sweater to sit through in the air conditioned theatre?? She’s just in a silk dress and a diaper. What about at least some bloomers to go over the diaper since she’s sitting in the germ-infested theatre seats? Gee whiz. Protect your daughter.
I see the clams are over the board here, obeying the orders to stick up for the massah’s wife.
GET A FRICKIN CLUE PEOPLE!
SOME THING IS VERY WRONG WITH THAT LITTLE GIRL!
And yet, here you all sit, sounding like a bunch of gay hairdressers peeing in your pants over this dog and pony show called robowife and their hostage, Suri.
With the bottle, they treat her like a baby; but then the rest of the time like a tiny adult.
What 2-year-old is going to understand the musical Mary Poppins?!?! She’s already asleep, even, showing she should be home resting and being allowed to be a 2-year-old.
These two idiots have NO BUSINESS being parents as they can’t seem to do ANYTHING age appropriate with poor little Suri.
I happen to think suri obviously loves the singing and dancing, and must be a very good girl….Tom and Katie your wonderful parents to all your children….
i agree totally. they shouldnt use their child for publicity. people like them, and the jolie-pitts always have their kids in tow rather than having them slipped out the backdoor by the security. They are not the celebrities here, leave the kids alone!
David, dude!
Whoa, time to do an emeter!
WHAT CRIMES HAVE YOU COMMITTED????
Suri’s old enough for Broadway shows but not old enough to drink from a cup. Some celebrities just don’t know what the h*ll it means to be a parent.
Also, again Suri sucks a bottlle but dresses like a 30 year old woman. Does she ever wear kids play clothes?
Why is this news? does anyone really care what this woman does wth her 2 year old child. there are millions of 2 year olds why is this one so special that we have to read about every move these people make. disgusting!!!
When have we ever seen Violet Affleck out after dark? Never, because Jen and Ben realize she’s a child and she needs to be in bed. Katie and Tom drag that child all over God’s creation after dark because she’s a gorgeous, little PR prop. Not because they can’t bear to be without her. Suri needs to be home, in bed, not out at musicals her parents could probably buy on DVD and show her.
Bottles aren’t the big deal. My son had a bottle until he was much older, his teeth are beautiful, and he’s never had a cavity.
It’s more concerning to me that this child who is at least almost 2 and 1/2 (I say at least because really, she looks and acts several months older) is almost always carried. Why not let her use her own leg power to walk on her own? Is she carried to reinforce the idea that she’s still just a little toddler? And, yes, the parents ought to make unobtrusive entrances and departures with the help of security.
