OlderNikki Blonsky’s Dad Is Released
Nikki Blonsky’s dad Carl Blonsky has been released from police custody, reports ET.
Last week, Hairspray’s Nikki Blonsky, 19, and her dad got into a tussle with America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden and her mom. Originally, Carl Blonsky was denied bail and would have had to remain in custody.
Carl, who’s been locked up in a Turks and Caicos islands jail for over a week, was freed after posting $3000 bail awarded to him by the Chief Justice on Monday morning. He was charged with grievous bodily harm, which carries a maximum punishment of five years. Despite posting bail, he must remain on the island and his travel documents are in police custody.
Nikki and Bianca were both charged with assault and were both released on $6,000 bail while Carl is due to appear in court on August 19 at 9:00 a.m.

Oh yay! I am happy he was released, he didn’t deserve to sit in jail till the trial because he has obivously understood what he did and that it was wrong. I hope this all gets sorted out because yes all parties are in the wrong to some degree but I don’t think that any of them deserve jail time. I am just happy that he is out and I am sure that his family is elated to have him out and able to talk to him, possibly see him if they are in T&C or fly down there. Just good news to hear!

Sueing over contract disputes. Look at this way, I have represent client that have been sue over dissatisfying payment of contract. You can settle this out of court by offering more than what is owe, the plantiff would be satisfy. Also, there is federal law that you can only the 25% of a person earnings for contract and credit disputes.
Do you prefer to be charge and trial for assault with bodily harm crime that might mean sentencing to prison for 2 to 5 years jail term. And even if the Nikki’s family squeeze out of this, still the public already view that her family is prejudice against darker race and voilent people. It doesn’t matter who started this, because the fight was about Nikki’s family hogging 5 seats and did not want to give one seat for one person. The one seat has Nikki’s family expensive bags and luggages in it. That makes the Blonski family very selfish. Take in mind that airport is very small and probably all the seats have been taken by people sitting in it, but that one seat was probably the only that did not have a human being sitting in it…just some very expensive bags. If the Blonski family would just give the other party one seat, this fight would have not take place.
And lozzie, if you are that kind of people…I hope your future will not end up in jail for fighting.

You can be racism and prejudice and still work with African Americans and other colored minorities. I am a minority and work with many racism and prejudice people. Remember you only have work part of the day but you don’t live in the same household with us, and you don’t have to deal 24/7 with us. It sounded like you are racist yourself, because blacks prefer being call African Americans in modern times.
I heard the celebrity media say that Nikki is not news worthy. Look at now she just became news worth for the media. Nikki can be the Heavy Weight Boxer Champ that TKO that model in a boxing match called the thriller in T&C.

Getting thrown in jail outside of the U.S.A., is terrible, according to Dog the Bounty Hunter. Most, hate Americans whether you are innocent or not. ( he arrested a heir killer ), in Mexico. ( charges were dropped ). The point is their sentences are much more severe and longer, and the guards are more abusive…. Nikki’s dad is lucky he is out on bail. The food is deplorable also. They make no exceptions to who you are either. If he IS sentenced, I doubt he will be allowed to transfer to the states, and will have to serve his time there…… I AGREE with KIM that they need to watch the video carefully, but they probably will not. They all are to blame in some compacity.

He was terribly provoked. The black family started it, so they could harrass a white family and then cry racism. Typical.
