Alot of Amicus Curiae lawyers provide arguments to the court at no cost, they do this in “the best interest of justice”, as amicus curiae in some limitied cases………they are not free lawyers, but these lawyers have an interest in this type situation, with previous experience.

These were NOT all the lawyers on the marathon v blasi case, there were about as many lawyers defending the Agent/manager (MARATHON)

The whole case looks real weak, BUT, alot depends on the lawyers and the JUDGE and the LABOR COMMISSIONER (if she decides to take advantage of that aspect) there are alot of lawyers listed in the amicus curiae of the one case, and they could probably be contacted on this issue, and they are more familiar with this case then I….

Venessa is a talent, with a good look…….. i’ve seen video’s of her concerts on this last tour and she seems to be developing her talent to a good positive direction………………Her look is even maturing in a good positive direction………….she’s a lil beauty, ……she must have a good manager now, because her talent seems to be excelling in a good way, and in time, she might have what she has dreamed about……

For all the young people reading these comments, trust me when I tell you this Tony Baja character has no idea what he’s talking about. The fact Ms. Hudgens and Mr. Viera had a valid and binding agreement was never an issue in dispute. Mr. Viera filed suit because Ms. Hudgens had failed to abide by the terms that she agreed to in the first settlement agreement which was drafted in 2006. The case was scheduled for a jury trial on May 11, 2009, in Los Angeles. On May 2, 2009, Ms. Hudgens and Mr. Viera reached an out of court settlement and the case is now closed. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed to the public.
