Vanessa Hudgens Sued For $5 Million
High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens is being sued by producer Johnny Vieira for more than $5 million and punitive damages.
In May 2005, Vieira claims he and Vanessa entered into an agreement to launch Vanessa’s career and “share equally” in the profits. But after High School Musical became a hit, he says she dropped him and owes him $2 million.
Vanessa even sent a photo of herself to Viera with this inscription: “Johnny, thank you for everything, without you, I would be no where [sic], we will make it BIG- Vanessa Hudgens. Sweet.” You can see the note at TMZ.

OMG! All of these crazy fans want sympathy for her when they are brutal to others in precarious situations. How does it feel knowing the person you support may be in trouble? Not a good feeling is it gang.
Oh wow that Johnny is a scumbag. He wanted 50/50 deal, in which he would do nothing, No wonder they reached a settlement but her previous lawyers are complete fools if they didn’t get that approved, otherwise this guy would have no basis to sue on. He worked with her on latest album, which he probably only did because he was planning this. Man I hope this works out because people like him deserve nothing. Poor Vanessa, she was a minor when all these deals were made, I do hope this helps her realize that she needs a new legal team. This probably won’t be the last time this will happen to her, her previous team did an excellent job ******** things up in many ways and she had no control over it.

Umm this is not the first time something bad happened to Vanessa. Those other you are talking about were still brutal to Vanessa in other situations in the past and they still wanted sympathy for their stars. So how about you grow up and own up. At least this wasn’t even Vanessa’s fault.

She already settled with him and this was supposed to be done with. Besides if she fired him after HSM1 he’s probably get about 50,000 if that and I don’t think legally he’s entitled to anything.
Nikki Blonsky is being sued as well and they must have made up that figure cause it can’t be right. People are so greedy.

To all of you saying she aint got the money: Vanessa gets paid $3.2 million so I’m guessing she has more than $5 million. And you know? This guy is just a gold digger! He waited until she was at one of the best stages of her career to sue her. He even helped her wih her second album so why is he going agaist her now? He’s just ******* broke and this seemed like the only way he could get money without moving a finger.
That picture is from awhile ago, there is no way he helped her in a way that would require him to completely share her profits while he sat there. That was why he was fired but they came up with a settlement. The settlement was never approved therefore this guy is claiming she is violating the first deal they had. Seriously he seems to planned this for a while. I don’t feel too bad for adult stars and their legal troubles but with her and other young kids, it’s not like they have much knowledge or say in these things.

The key phrase is “Viera claims” that means what he says is an allegation. An allegation is something that hasn’t been proven. She made $ 3,2 million this year and $ 2 million last year. So she should be worht around $ 5.2 million but she also bought a new house for around $ 2 million. So she’s not so rich anymore

Orlando Bloom’s former management company The Firm, is suing him for his apparent failure to cough up £370,000 in commission for film roles they helped him to get.
According to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court,
Orlando Bloom (DVDs) is being sued by his former management company The Firm for an alleged failure to pay his 10% for work secured by The Firm’s negotiations.
Orlando Bloom apparently entered into a verbal agreement with The
Firm to pay 10% of earnings in roles that the company negotiated for
him in June 2002 - an agreement which was terminated in July 2005.
