Jennifer Aniston takes her dogs to her assistant’s house in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The Friends star has reportedly been dumped by her latest boyfriend, John Mayer. The pair initially decided to spend some time apart, before making the break official earlier this week, according to The Mirror.
“There’s been a bit of tension for some time,” says a source close to 30-year-old musician. “They initially opted for a break, hoping a trial split might make them stronger. Sadly it doesn’t seem to have worked.”
“John took the decision to end things as he felt he just wasn’t ready for the level of commitment that Jennifer deserved. Contrary to reports, Jen didn’t want to have kids or marry this year, but she did want to set a timetable for their future together.”
“She also wanted him to assure her he would cut down his tours in the future when they did eventually have children. Initially, Jennifer was furious when he told her of his decision but now she’s simply sad - not to mention a little heartbroken,” the source said.
“They have spoken on the phone since the split and are trying to remain on good terms. But unless John has a dramatic change of heart, it’s unlikely they’ll rekindle their romance.”

Look bet, truth be told, most of Jen’s fans seemed horrified that she got involved with John Mayer in the first place. Go read some other blogs. Most of her true fans seem relieved that she has broken up with him. Be patient. Continue to support your beloved Jennifer. Pray for her. In time, when the time is right, she will meet someone, probably when she least expects it, and live happily with her newfound love. You can’t rush love. Have faith. Just don’t go crazy.

Going on 40 is not exactly an “old woman”, but you’re absolutely right that she’s too old to be acting like this and making herself look silly over a much younger guy who is a notorious 3-F man (Find ‘em, Fcuk ‘em and Forget ‘em). She has a lot of issues she needs to work through and lot of baggage she needs to lose before she gets involved with another guy. She let Huvane turn her into a joke. For someone her age, she doesn’t seem to have very good sense.
