High School Musical 3 — New Teaser Trailer!
Check out the new teaser trailer for High School Musical 3: Senior Year!
There are snippets of interviews by the feature cast: Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Monique Coleman, and Corbin Bleu.
The motion picture soundtrack will be released on October 21. HSM3 is being scheduled for a theatrical release on October 24.

i can hardly wait for this movie to come out to see it with my kids.
This movie is going to make a bazillion dollars for Disney. It reminds me of when I was a kid and Grease came out, we didn’t have videos or dvds then and I went to see that movie like 13 times at least in the theaters. I think HSM3 will be that way because we won’t have that immediate fix of getting to watch it all weekend long a few times in a row like when its been on tv. If you want to see it again, you are going to have to pay up and I’m sure Disney is banking on that for sure.
Can’t wait til the Oscar’s in January because you know the best original song in a movie nominees are going to be HSM3 all the way!

You mention that the 2nd HSM, which is HSM2, SUCKED. And you like Ashley and Corbin. In HSM2, the 2nd HSM, Ashley has the most screen time and more scripts than the other 8 cast members to that movie.

Zac Efron is so unbelievably magnetic. Vanessa brings out this electricity in him, which is why the HSM franchise is the amazing success that it is.
I like the other characters and know that each contributes to the overall success but these two make it the phenom HSM has become. Disney seems to have recognized the amazing appeal of these two together. Hopefully, this movie will be deal more with Troy and Gabriella’s relationship and less about their friends and Sharpay working against them. I mean, with friends like the characters of Chad and Monique, who needs enemies!

Yup, another thread of HSM 3/Zac.
Where there’s a Zac thread inevitably Vanessa’s name will crop up and vice versa. Likewise, Zac turning up at Vanessa’s concert will automatically have the crowd/audience calling out for Zac. To say that it should be Vanessa’s night to shine is true but you can’t control the crowd and the excitement of his presence there.

hsm is the phenominan it is nnot just because of troy and gabreillas cemestry but becase of all the charachters. ifd one of them where not there it woudl not be half as good trust me on this and i hope teh hsm3 has lots of drama and doesnt just focus on their relationship can you say dull and boring? its cute with zanessa but not so much on the screen as troyella drama is what its all about or otherwise its blech so bring onthe SHARPAY!!!
charlene, I agree with zanfan. Zac and Vanessa’s chemistry is a huge reason for the succcess of HSM. The supporting characters are great, but it needs that chemistry! IMO, that is why Camp Rock was so bad. ZERO chemistry with Lovato and Jonas. ZERO. Nada. WHen the leads don’t carry the movie, then it’s dull. But not with HSM, because those two light it up.
Most people liked HSM 1 better, and I think that’s because there was too much Sharpay in #2. So I have a feeling they’re going back to the formula that worked in HSM1. Troy and Gabriella.
Just supposing here, HSM 3 were to take a turn and pair off Sharpei with Troy and Gabriella with Ryan or someone else for the finale. Imagine the uproar and protests from fans. As Go Sox said the chemistry is just Nada and the movie will have been shot down at the box office.

Charlene, I love animals and a Sharpei is one of them. Anyway, I think Sharpei spelt that way sounds a whole lot better than Sharpay. It gives her name an oriental slant whereas if you split the syllables Sharp and pay, it sounds common and blah. Sharpei implies exotic, mystical, mysterious, upper crust with a lot of flair and grandeur. Ever thought of it that way?
I don’t go to Ashley’s threads normally so I would have never seen this one if I hadn’t seen it on the right column in the top 25 newest posts. So, it actually isn’t an Ashley post if you look at it in that way. But I have asked Jared why is isn’t posted on the Vanessa or Zac threads. After all, the other HSM3 releases have been,
BTW, if this thread is coming up under Ashley’s name it is because there are other threads which come up if you go to Ashley’s threads. Like the other day I was looking for a picture and I had typed in her name. When I was looking through the title to her threads suddenly a Zac thread came up—and it was just Zac separately—and some other actors too. Plus, it says up at the top underneath all the pictures that this thread was posted to “High School Musical”, not to Ashley Tidsdale. Maybe he had to do it that way because if he posted it to Zac, Vanessa, and Ashley, he would have to also post it to Corbin, Lucas, and Monique too.

i cant wait for the movie but i wish there will be more like college high school musical and then they meet up again.I feel so bad for troy because he doesnt get to see garbriella again and i feel bad for everyone because they dont get to see each other either. i will be going with my cousin and my sister to go watch it i thought it was going to be on family or on disney not the big screen

Can’t wait to see this movie. It has a balance of all the characters while focusing on the main story of Troy a Gabriella. Charlene , we get it you love Ashley as Sharpay, but to many of us HSM2 paled a litte becouse of the over use of Sharpay. I’ m sure ther is going to be enough Sharpay in HSM3 to satisfy even you (with a 6 min fantasy dance about her dreams of the future) The love story between Troy and Gabriella is always the main focus of HSm
