This is dumb. why does Zac have to have a “distant look” about him just because he’s not near Vanessa?

Sorry to those who see that or whatever but give me a break. He doesn’t look wistful or like he’s not all there, and i think it’s super rude to imply he’s not all there just b/c his girlfriend isn’t around. in all honesty, i think zac seems like the type would be alert and paying EXTRA attention to the task at hand when he is working, or in this case presenting.

sorry, but it’s kind of rude to imply he’s got a distant look like he’s off in la-la land, and i just don’t see that in these pictures. he looks fine. stop looking for things that aren’t there just to try and feel better about vanessa’s absence. she’s on tour, not dead or forgotten. we’ll see enough of her and zac soon.

So Ashley takes her boyfirend to the show but doesn’t take him to dinner with her and Zac or so the GG and ZAAngles pix show.

What exactly is that about-she wanted to have dinner with her BBF man alone? I’m not to pleased withZac either at this moment.

Zac is not demanding $10 million a movie and no reports have said that. There IS a “report/rumor”—which we have no idea is true or not since it is not from a reliable source—that he is asking for that much to do HSM4. That is probably a total like from start to finish anyway and I just love how people take what is probably a rumor as it is and then either adds or subtract something from it to make it even MORE of a lie. Harry, you sould be part of a ragazine like Star of National Enquirer.

Also, someone try to tell me that Zac’s hair isn’t rather flat in this very set of pictures and then also try to convince me he wanted a curling iron at the TCA—which was also one of those lies as one set of rubbish reporting says he threw a fit about his hair at Ashley’s birthday party and now another set of manure pushers are saying it was at the TCA’s. Do you think maybe this whole story has a stench to it????

Lol, you people are lying to yourselves if you don’t think Zac looks more bored than usual. I know Zac doesn’t enjoy these kind of events for the most part. I see pictures and interviews and, even though he’s always polite, you can tell that he just wants to be away from the cameras and the attention. But he looks at least contempt when Vanessa’s around.

He’s not even pretending to enjoy himself here. No one’s reading anything more into this than what’s there. Not even a smile for the camera off stage. Maybe his distant mood has nothing to do with Vanessa, but it’s easy to see why someone would make that assumption.

Go back a few threads to the Teen Choice Awards or even the Palm Spring Festival last January (both are events he attended with Vanessa as his date), and you’ll see a difference in the way he acted.

Go to the editorials and then type in Zac Efron in the search line. It will bring up the pictures from last night so you can see Jared WAS THERE with Ashley. Also, I don’t know if JJ has changed this or not but this awards show was not filmed on Friday night, it was done yesterday (Sunday) evening and will be on ABC on September 12th. Maybe Zac was somewhat tired in these pics since he has been with Vanessa since the WV concert.

I just don’t see the point in assuming if Zac is or isn’t happy, bored, or whatever based on his expression in a photo. I’m not dumb or “lying to myself” when i say that i don’t see what the fuss is that others are causing about what he looks like he feels., i get how people draw conclusions 24/7 about what he does and ‘omg zac is frowning, no!’ and ‘omg he is smiling, he’s happy yay!’ or ‘omg he looks about ready to cry, did he breakup with vanessa?’

how the heck would i know what he’s feeling? i don’t know him, and i don’t know if he is or isnt having the time of his life. (he’s an actor, he could very well not be enjoying somthing and look thrilled just like he could be having an amazing time and look kind of bored) it’s too much wasting time to speculate what he is/isn’t thinking because only HE knows.

I think some folks are concerned because Jared does not seem to be at dinner with them. It appears to be Zac and Ashley alone.

I have dinner with my best firned (a guy) all the time but I don’t know what I would do if I knew we were going to be photographed.

I’ve seen a few posts that suggest that Zac “new start” meant without Vanessa. Just reporting-don’t shoot te messenger
