Zac and Ashley were on-hand to present the special achivement award to Kenny Ortega for Outstanding Director of a Made for TV Movie. (Kenny Ortega recently direct Zac and Ashley in High School Musical 3.
Zac, 20, is looking to move forward after carving his initial niche in the acting world. “I want people to see that I have grown up and moved on. I know for sure — and I need a new start,” said Zac.
He added, “I’m looking for something new and exciting to do. I want to do something dark, or a comedy. There’s tons of icons that I would love to work with on something new and exciting!”

i think vanessa should just dump zac now and get it over with. and the strange thing is, i do like zanessa together, and i think theyre adorable, but honestly, i dont think even zac is worth all the crap she has to put up with for dating him. if it doesnt bother her, then kudos to her, shes even stronger than i already thought she was.
but zac and his irrational, sometimes just plain stupid, fans seem to be a packaged deal, and shell never get a break from them until she and zac end it. and even then im sure shell be tortured awhile after, but at least shell be out and have the chance to be her own person, instead of zacs pretty girlfriend.

Wow I feel really sorry for Vanessa but Im glad she atleast has things going for her in her career , personal life not so much- boyfriend cheating on her , getting sued …but I think it will just make her stronger and her fans will look up to her even more since she is going through alot but still fighting it. The picture is oth two them walking out together: not all hugged up or showing PDA. Who knows who ate with them or if they ate alone? It would be strange if she brought Jared to the awards and ditched him to eat with Zac. I had more respect for them as people to believe that.

sometimes i just don’t get zac. the thing is, i think he may be ashamed of vanessa. that why he kept their relationship a secret. i mean when he’s out and about with her he never puts his hand on her back to guide her or make sure she’s okay. he won’t even look at her. remember the new years day one of them coming out of paty’s. oh, sure he puts on a good act at red carpet events by smiling and whispering in vanessa’s ear but it’s how you act in everyday life that defines a relationship. and look at this one.

The people at the Iowa concert said you could see them holding hands backstage, during the Teen Choice awards he leaned over and kissed her according to one of the seat fillers at Zefron.com–Those photos from their vacation are pretty expressive as well.
Finally he was in according to concert goers in West Virginia, Iowa and Illinois you don’t spend time (if correct about a week) in a tour bus with someone you don’t love.
And he was SO proud when she won at TC. Shall I go on! NO!!!! I’d be here all day giving examples of you being wrong
