Zac Efron Shows Some New York Love
Zac Efron scopes out a new home in the Hollywood Hills on Monday afternoon. The 20-year-old High School Musical star wore a “New York Love” t-shirt with a “Hot Wheels” sticker on top of it.
Zac also carried around a few black-and-white photos with somebody’s autograph on them. Who is it??? Looks like a girl…
Last night, after the ALMA Awards, Zac took his HSM costar pal Ashley Tisdale for a late night snack at Bob’s Big Boy in Burbank, Calif.
UPDATE: Zac was at the former home of Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones. Interesting!

i dont think it is vanessas house hes at. but i still think that they are moving into together. by the way zac has vanessa and ashley has jared so why would they cheat on them? they are just good friends nothing other.
If i post the question, “Is Zac planning to move to Italy?” soon someone will post a comment, “I heard Zac is moving to Italy.” After a while it will be “Didn’t he move to Italy?”
People should use their reasoning powers when looking at pictures. As in there are no Realtors with Zac and he is getting into his own car. Anyone ever look at houses before? You don’t just look at one. The Realtor pics a lot in your preference and price range and they drive you to all of them. The way they did Vanessa did way back in March. You don’t look at ONLY one house and leave. So, if you can, draw your own conclusions from that.
Either Zac is visiting a friend (who has kids–the Hot Wheels sticker)
Or, if he is “scooping out” one house, he’s there for some other reason. Already bought it?

i didn’t like this post at first but now that i read all the comments i kinda agree with people. i mean jared was there! and im pretty sure if vanessa wasn’t on her tour she would’ve went with zac and ashley! now im thinking that the paparazzi only photographed zac and ashley alone is because they just wanna create a controversy! i mean seriously when i first looked at those pictures i was just thinking “i can’t believe that zac would do that!” or “how dare she! i thought ashley was vanessa’s best friend!!!”
and btw i wonder why he’s looking at a new house or if that’s vanessa’s new house (confirmed by E! News)
That’s sweet of Zac. Ya’ll got to remember that Ash and He are still really good friends. It is kinda funny though, Zac in his suit with the tiw all loosened, and Ash in a sweat suit and flip flops. Interesting fashion combo. Does look a tad like J. Anniston, but the siggie doesn’y match. R something… IDK.

Malia, just because you have never looked at houses this way, doesn’t mean nobody has. Maybe the home is for sale by owner and they don’t really want to work with a realtor. Maybe Zac knows the owner? Maybe the realtor is inside. Maybe Zac got there before the realtor and went back out to his car to put his stuff away and get something. Maybe his iPhone?

People quit hating Ashley just because she happens to be in a picture with Zac. She didn’t do anything wrong nor did Zac. He as been gone from LA since Aug 8th and a lot of that time has been spent with VANESSA. Why does ONE picture make all you people think he is doing something wrong? Just because the photog didn’t get Jared in the picture doesn’t mean he wasn’t there. That’s how Hollywood starts rumors and gossip. I guess they don’t think these particular “Disney” kids have enough dirt going on to make them interesting.
