OlderAngie’s Dad - Jon Voight responds to Roseanne!
After Roseanne Barr blasted Angelina Jolie and her father Jon Voight, the Midnight Cowboy actor responded to Barr via Extra. Here is Roseanne’s blog entry in case you missed it. Jon’s response is below:
“Answer to Roseanne Barr’s Rant:
We can never be surprised at what vile evil comes from the mouth of a confessed victim of child abuse at the hands of her own parents.
Her parents responded to the accusation by going on the air and slating she is a psychopathic liar and her sister agreed.
Her defaming of our National Anthem in 1990 gave us insight into who she is and what she is capable of saying and doing.
My allegiance to Senator McCain becomes stronger with any assault that tries to deter my loyalty to him.
I can only pray that good people see her for what she is (sick of mind).

J.Voight is insane but, for the first time I agree with him. Roseanne is a stupid.
Rosanne was not mentioned on “ACCESS”, ET OR “INSIDER”. SO far I only heard on the “Daily 10″ and he was making a joke out of it. Think everyone knows that this woman is nothing. I agree that Angie has the right to be undecided and the right to support who ever she wants. No one has the right to trash anyone for who do support and certainly not the right to trash her children. How would Rosie feel if someone trashed her kids. She is definitely trash.

One day after blasting Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt on her blog, Roseanne Barr is backing off.
The former “Roseanne” star took to her blog again on Tuesday, offering an apology of sorts to the superstar couple.
In a post titled “I do not know Brangelina,” she writes, “[I] do not mean to personally impugn them as they might be good people .

I think she’s right.. brad & angelina do a lot of things but there is a lot more coming on on the world…and it’s just like…they do eveything they do because that will justify all the easy money they have
You know, those two pics you have here of JV and RB look like they would make an attractive couple. Can you imagine RB as AJ’s stepmother. Boy, that is just what AJ needs.. someone in her life to call her on her shite. Boy, people do get touchy when it comes to politics.
voight has the right to endorse anyone he wants, like what most other celebrities are doing with obama. we live in a free world, and roseann was wrong to call him out on his decision of endorsement.

I don’t know what to say with this one. I like Roseanne, she’s a good comedian and I agree with her political views. I don’t understand what prompted her to go off on Angelina and Brad however.
I love the Jolie-Pitts and I wish she just didn’t say anything.

Roseann Bar has gone off on MANY people. That seems to be her path in life since she essentially doesn’t have a career in show business. Her blogs are filled with tirades against anything that doesn’t fit in the realm of her ability to influence, which is just about everything. She comes off as totally irrational and unstable; she has for a long time. I guess she should be pitied. She use to be respected, now she’s reduce to blogging for attention.

If you are this naive about how interconnected the world is then you shouldn’t be voting. We are all in this together - in terms of the environment, energy, human rights, you name it and whether we do well or not depends on how well others in the world are doing. This is increasingly the case and your refusal to see the world as it really is won’t keep you safe and “doing well.”
Get your head out of the sand and educate yourself on the world as it is today. What are they teaching in schools now anyway?

The invasion caused/made the refugees. I think it’s totally reasonable to expect the troops to fix what they have caused, the destruction of Iraq’s infrastructure and people fleeing to other countries.
