Shia LaBeouf is Shirtless and Smiling
Shia LaBeouf and a new gal pal spend the day at a beach in Malibu, Calif., on Sunday afternoon. When the 22-year-old actor spotted paparazzi, he started walking backwards to avoid being photographed with his new lady.
Shia has been back on the Los Angeles set of Transformers 2 since last week even though he had extensive surgery on his left hand last month. This is all following his late-night car crash.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (movie poster below) is still aiming for a June 26, 2009 release. It’s going to be mighty interesting to see how the film works in Shia’s hand injury.

I read the article in Details through which I got a little insight into Shia’s past & I greatly admire him not only for his honesty & openess about his childhood etc. but also and especially for his self-knowledge & dedication to his craft, which definitely shows in his roles & which I respect & appreciate, i love his work. Shia is a go-getter, a smart one at that, & funny too, (i shouldn’t even have to mention that). He seems grounded.. just real, realistic, that’s the vibe i got. I remember reading something about that he reads comments etc on his movies or something, so Shia, if by chance you do read this: you rock, keep up the good work, i’m a big fan, wish you all the best always, & have nothing but love & support for you! hope the hand is healing well & that the media rumours & silly drama like that doesn’t get to you, cuz i think you’re too good for it!! & dayyyum, you are burnin uppp on that Details cover!! I mean every word man, you’re an inspiration to me, as i’ve faced issues in my childhood that are similar to those you experienced in yours.. it was what it was & we learn from it.. like i know i have to be careful what i get into because, well, i could get hooked on something just like that.. its in the family, just genetically predisposed i believe… which sucks lol & this is super long.. what i think i’m trying to say other than that i love ya, is that i can relate to you in some ways which is cool cuz you’re cool & that i think its awesome to see you doing so well & rising above, cuz i know its not easy by any means! i think you’ve got incredible potential and that you’ll go really freakin far & i look forward to seeing more of youuu. <3
