Zac Efron Plays Defense
Zac Efron (in LNA) hides from photographers between cars as he arrives at a home in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning.
The 20-year-old High School Musical star showed off a bit of his boxers thanks to his low-slung shorts. Zac was sporting a pair of athletic shorts with “DEFENSE” emblazoned across the backside.
Zac’s costar Corbin Bleu recently shared about the Oct. 24 feature film release of High School Musical 3: Senior Year: “(Director) Kenny Ortega, when he has a bigger budget, he’s going to go for it,” Bleu says. “So we have really huge numbers and a lot of different dance genres including cha-cha-cha and breakdancing. We even have a Bob Fosse tribute. Zac and I have a really cool duet called ‘The Boys are Back.’”

After all the speculation caused by going to dinner with a friend and visiting someone”s home, is there any doubt he has reason to run from paps? He probally didn’t realize he was going to cause such a ruckus by going on with his normal life. Now they won’t get a shot of him so easily. And mama, Vanessa’s concerts are going just fine which concerts did you attend with “provocative and adult dancing”?

Zac is about as gay as Prad Pit, pardon my saying so. I wonder, what he has to do to prove he is not Gay. If you what you mean is metrosexual, which is more like it, that’s fine, because it means he takes trouble with his appearance and grooms himself. Nothing wrong with that.

So you people who criticize Zac….. you all are professional actors are you so you can judge him…So tell me do you have some personal information that he is gay or he is a bad actor…remember he is only young and he has a lifetime ahead of him to improve his craft…he is probably finding the pressure of being famous very difficult to suddenly become popular … it would be very daunting for someone in his position give him a bit of credit and see where things lead.. don’t ruin this forum for the ones who support him …find some other place to make other people miserable because we don’t need you here…

Someone did say if the pap gets a good pic, he/she will be paid more for it. So Zac is not being shy here, he just doesn’t want the paps to make mucho bucks at his expense and I have to give him credit for it. Some of these paps are really obnoxious and downright rude.
Please ignore people that say Zac is gay,cause they don’t have respect for the sexual definition of the people.Be a gay is NOTan insult, they are PEOPLE. Zac isNOT a gay,but it´s not a problem with the people who are.

I think Zac looks sad beacuse he is missing Vanessa. when you are in love with some one you miss them. so I think that Zac is missing Vanessa and Vanessa is missing him. so When Vanessa comes home He will Zac as happy as ever.

Zac is probably so happy he is losing the tweens to the JB. They are making it easy for him to move on and be taken seriously as a star that can appeal to adults.
I don’t think anyone should be worried for him. He and Vanessa have been wanting to move on for quite a while and stop appearing in tween mags.
Thankfully, in terms of mag covers, they’re moving on. While JB and co are hugging the tween mags, Zac has moved on to Details and possibly others, Vanessa have moved on to Teen Vogue, CosmoGirl and further on to GQ, Glamour, Instyle and Lucky. They both just got featured in Elle with Ashley. That’s the direction they are headed along with Ashley. They are not competing with JB or the rest of junior disney at all.
Also, they’ve moved on in other ways. Ashley has a post HSM movie coming out in Feb and Zac and Vanessa have post-HSM movies coming out in April.
Really, JB and junior disney are doing them a favour by inheriting their teen idol crowns, they’re done with those leaving huge footprints yet to be filled as the the hsm series worldwide success and reach is yet to be attained by anything Disney has produced since then.
Hopefully, after HSM 3 is over they can lose the paps as well as the tweens and settle down into undisturbed normal lives and serious careers.

I read an article some time back on “How to Become a Paparazzi” and one of the things they said was magazines have picture evaluators who check the shots and decide how much to pay for them. if you don’t get a clear shot of the person’s face, the magazine won’t buy it. So, yes I know exactly what both Zac and Vanessa are doing when they cover their faces. They’re trying to ensure that the paps make less money on them. If they keep getting bad shots like these, or the ones with Zac holding his backpack over his face, they’ll eventually move on to someone else who is not covering his face.
And, no, I’m not planning to become a pap. I just wanted to get the scoop on how they worked.
