OlderBritney Brings Sexy Body Back
Britney Spears looks fabulous in a white bikini on the latest cover of OK! Magazine.
The 26-year-old pop princess showed off her bangin’ new body in late July, when Britney vacationed at the Las Ventanas resort in Los Cabos, Mexico, with her assistant Brett, her bodyguard Lee, her dad, Jamie Spears, and pal George Maloof.
Days later, in an exclusive interview at her Beverly Hills home, Britney chatted with OK! about how she’s made her stunning transformation.
On eating right: “I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life. My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.”
On cutting out a guilty pleasure of hers: “Frappuccinos - gone. (laughs) I do still drink coffee, but just with Equal.”
On working out five days/week at an outside gym and sometimes at the fully-equipped gym in her house: “I was working with male trainers and recently switched to a woman because she knew how to lean me out better.”
Brit Brit’s looking poised for an ultimate comeback!!!!! YAY!!!!!

yay! GOOO Britney! She’s really turning her life around now .. I’m proud of her .. I’ve always been a fan but when she started spiraling out of control i didn’t know if there was hope for her career or her anymore for that matter.. But i’m so happy to see that she’s got her life in control and she’s gonna make the biggest comeback anyone has ever seen!

Good for her. She really needs to thank her Dad,for helping her,where she is right now. He stepped in,and made her tow the line. She was in such bad shape. Now there is hopes for her and she will be alright

That’s awesome!! I can see her being somewhat of a role model. People make mistakes and it’s only a matter of learning and picking yourself up again. It looks like she’s headed in the right track!

even if it means her father has to look after her the rest of her life, i know he can get her on a straight path and actually cares about her unlike her mother.
people were so hard on her body last year. she had two freaking children, and looked great i think.
if she performs i think she’ll redeem herself.

1200 cals is pretty low, but I guess if you’re willing to give up all sugar, it works. Even so, aiming to lose more than a pound a week is setting yourself up for failure.

how can you not wish this girl the best luck? However, I wish to God that Sam Lufti would be charged with something, (drugging her, etc…) and he seems to have dissapeared into thin air, with out anyone questioning him…good luck brit, everyone deserves a 2nd (3rd, 4th) chance.
I’ll believe her trying to live healthy when she gives up her cancer sticks!
uhmm… why are people being naive? what makes them not think that this cover wasn’t insanely photoshopped? compare this fabulous yet obviously enhanced photo to her candid pictures anywhere of late. yes she’s lost some weight and looking better but she’s so clearly not looking at all like that cover.

She’s alright, but I wish her the best of luck and returning to her family was actually the best thing for her.
