Jennifer Aniston shares a warm embrace with actress pal Leslie Bibb at the 2008 Friends Of El Faro Fundraiser held at Boulevard 3 nightclub earlier this month.
Former Las Vegas star Molly Sims hosted the event and her costar Josh Duhamel also dropped by.
Friends Of El Faro help improve the lives of the children of Casa Hogar Sion in Tijuana, Mexico in any way they can. Long term, their goal is to purchase land and build them a new home. I don’t believe JA contacted Brad Pitt’s mother and I definitely don’t believe he spoke to her. This is just another rumor to keep the stupid triangle crap going and if Jennifer Aniston was any kind of real woman she would squash this nonsense! These at leftover photos from the flurry of PR spin that Huvane formulated after John notified JA that it was over, but before news of the split broke. Remember the string of DAILY Jen-out-and-about posts we saw here (shopping for furniture, etc.) to show she was “carefree and happy?” This particular event was on the night Huvane had her photographed “out-to-dinner-with friends.” At least that’s the way the post ran here.
At the time, all Huvane needed was to portray her as “happy,” but now that she is being internationally ridiculed after John’s public comments, Huvane is hoping to redeem her image and has decided to try to paint her as “charitable,” so he released the only photos available.
It is telling that, given her wealth, we can’t point to a single significant charitable contribution she has ever made to any cause. If you tell me she gives but does not “publicize” it, I ask you to please be logical. We are FLOODED with articles and photos of this woman’s life (if a man scr*ws her one time, Huvane is suddenly planning her wedding), yet miraculously, her GENEROSITY be the ONE thing that Huvane has chosen to keep hidden? Totally knew this relationship was going to tank because Mayer is a jerk and always have been but Jen and her peps didn’t want to hear it. Jen was desperately looking for a man that she thought was bigger than Brad. Jen and her PR people did not truly know Mayer at all. If John would have consent Jen would have married this jerk for sure and we all show that. What is wrong with Jen and her PR peps. Why do Jen and her peps think John is called a douche bag? I guess they thought the tabs were lying about Jessica Simpson to. They didn’t know John’s “stop calling me blog” was about Jessica. Well they know now Mayer has no shame when it comes to kicking his x’s while they are down. Some times their is a little bit of truth to rumors.
I have to say, even though this round of publicity stunts makes Jennifer look really lame and pathetic, it’s done what Huvane wanted, which was have people talking about her and focussing on her before she appears at TIFF. Management hasn’t been picked up for distribution yet, which is pretty embarassing, and Huvane is pulling out all the stops to get his client attention. I’m sure he was very aware that by allowing the conflicting stories of who dumped who and then Jen’s “friends” dissing John that it would give the breakup more media coverage. Everything seems calculated to draw as much attention to Jennifer as possible.
Every story, from the fake Wedding on, has been a huge plan to build attention for Jennifer, and let’s face it- it’s kind of working. It doesn’t make her look good, but at this point in her career I’m sure she wants all the attention she can get- especially with her limited talent and not being able to get her film picked up. She must be desperate.
People who claim she’s a private person are seriously delusional. If you’re a private person then you do as much as you can to stay OUT of the limelight. Her relationship with John was pretty much played out in front of the press from the beginning, with paparazzi conveniently documenting every poolside tryst, every candle lit dinner, and people from her camp leaking details to People magazine and other tabloids. If you want examples of private celebrities, look at Ryan Gosling, or Naomi Watts, or Edward Norton. These are people who have kept their private lives mostly out of the public eye.
If Jennifer and her publicist keep functioning like this though, she can pretty much say goodbye to her acting career. No one really cares about her movies anymore or thinks she’s a very good actress. Her image is basically turning into one huge tabloid, which is all she really has to offer now- something for people to gossip about. If she had talent to back it up then she wouldn’t be in so much trouble, unfortunately one can only do so many romantic comedies before people get bored. Not even Julia Roberts could keep doing romcoms.
I saw the video with John at a resturant with his brother. His brother was on the street laughing it up about all of this break up junk. It occured to men that John must be supporting his whole family. His brother with a dj job is not bringing in money, He must be swinging on Johns back. Oh dear. I don’t want to believe it, but it’s starting to be literally a truth universally acknowledged. Jennifer Aniston is undateable. (Yes that IS a word.) I’d like to clarify that I am, always have been and always will be 100 per cent Team Aniston. But come on, was anyone surprised to hear that Johnnifer was no more? It was inevitable, and not just because John Mayer was famously a love rat playa type person.
The first problem anyone dating Jennifer Aniston has to contend with is that they will immediately be compared to Brad Pitt.
Not many men come out of this well, especially if side-by-side photos are used.
Secondly, and much worse, we are all killing Jen’s relationships with kindness.

Hi RIEN, yup, I read Stephen Hawking. But I must admit that was 2 years ago. :-) I love reading about the universe and its mysteries. And I admire him also because he has done many great things in spite of his being a “person with disability”. I haven’t been to Africa, Greece, Mexico and Cambodia. But I want to visit those places in the near future because aside from being historical, those places are exotic (I really love exotic things… and Angie is one of them… no pun intended).

It is so nice that we agree on some things even though we are a fan of two different women.

I HONESTLY think that she is fug with very harsh facial features and manly looking. “Conspiratorial campaign?” Nothing of the kind. Huvane is merely engaging in strident PR representation. His tactics are well known by everyone who has ever worked in the industry. While I believe he has every obligation to represent his client, I resent his lack of respect for the intelligence of the American public.
Huvane thinks the public is comprised of polyester-clad, cheetos-eating neanderthals who will believe anything he concocts. But a good publicist can promote his client WITHOUT insulting the intelligence of the very audience whose support made this marginally-talented client a star.
The story that broke THIS camel’s back was the planted story in OK! It was not written by the magazine’s staff, It was written by HUVANE’s staff, then a search was made for a weekly that was willing to print it. Everything about it was transparent to anyone who has ever worked in this industry — classic Huvane, as was the deluge of “out-and-about” plants on THIS SITE immediately in advance of Mayer’s announcement of the split.
This is not the 1950’s when the studios planted stories and fabricated romances and even marriages to protect clients’ images (Rock Hudson, Liberace, etc.). This is the 21st century — the information age. Huvane CANNOT and DOES NOT fool anyone. He has succeeded only in making his client a JOKE around the world. Mayer and his friends have access to the world’s most powerful PR tool — the net, but Huvane is still playing the game using an outmoded rulebook.
I don’t like having my intelligence insulted. Releasing these “charity” pics NOW, when she desperately needs positive press, when he has had them for weeks is an affront to my intelligence. His filthy rich, notoriously-cheap client gives away THREE stupid handbags that were probably given to her for free and we are supposed to believe she is now altruistic? PLEASE!!! When she helps the 72-year-old mother who raised her alone and now desperately needs her financial help, THEN I will believe she has an ounce of humanity in her ice-cold body.
As for your final question — if she WASN’T dumped via text, then Huvane is even more inept than I thought. His M.O. has always been to plant stories then strenuously deny them. Denial is his thing. So if this latest HUMILIATING story — that the perennial dumpee suffered the added indignity of being dumped electronically — is indeed false, why would he not deny THIS? Because he knows that Mayer is just devious (and smart) enough to have SAVED the text message, that’s why. And a denial just might be met by a leak of the original message to the press.
Huvane is a very lucky man. He is paid well for a job at which he is clearly inept. He is God awful at representing this problematic client.

Do you notice how all Jen’s relationships fizzle because she wants commitment and kids but the man doesn’t want that - Vince and Mayer. Don’t you see her PR strategy? She doesn’t want either but want to appear like she wants that, so she dates a guy who it’s obvious isn’t what she is looking for only to break up later and it’s poor Jen all she wants to do is settle down and have kids but the men are dogs. If we are honest, and fair, and kind, and loving and generous to others, that is what we deserve in return. If we lie and manipulate and use others, while caring only about ourselves, then THAT is what we deserve in return. Perhaps the public spectacle that Aniston’s life has become is EXACTLY what she deservs based on how she has comported herself for the last 39 years. If, absent a personal agenda, she gives true, unadulterated happiness to others, she will eventually receive it in return.

A lot of JenFans, you included, didn’t “get” the W mag photoshoot. It was a PROMOTION for MAMS, which Pitt and Jolie starred in, AS AN UNHAPPY MARRIED COUPLE. They don’t look lovely-dovey in those W pictures–they look contentious. You are confusing the FICTION and reality. The reality was that Pitt and Jolie as persons, did get involved AFTER THE SEPARATION. It’s 2008. It’s about time even the slowest mind get the fact straight. Brad Pitt conducted himself way classier than Aniston, who at every little turn, made snide remarks against Pitt, got all her friends to attack him. It was brave for Brad to leave a futile relationship however difficult for fans, to pursue his life’s dream and life with purpose instead of lying on a couch staring at the sunset childless.

They said apparently she’s very insecure when she’s single, so she needs to be seen with a man, ANY man, and then they showed her clutching onto Paul Rudd’s arm after having dinner. I have to go back to your post 210 relating to praise that Angelina received from Laura Bush. Laura Bush is married to the man who headed an attack on Iraq in the first place causing many to be without homes, being disfigured, and losing lives. He headed a war stating to others that they “held weapons of distruction”. “If you are not for us, you are against us”. Bush’s family is full of scandal. If you want to know more of how they made their money, one was the S&L (Savings and Loan) scandal. Were the members involved ever brought to justice? No. How was Bush rewarded for such distruction on another country? He was re-elected for a second term.
Then I scan to see you picking on a poster named Bet who may not have the English abilities that you and I possess and you try and demoralize her for same. She is entitled to an opinion, and it may not be the one that you have. To compare her to a second grader and state Huvane to hire an American for the job (of a paid poster?) as if your country is so intelligent with their choices of who to follow.
There are many of us trying to clean up the messes left by those who have been rewarded instead of kicked the heck of office in your country. There are many men from different countries representing the U.N. who are losing their lives trying to bring back peace to those who have had no say in the matter on what your “leader” started. Those are true humanitarians. Jolie’s work in trying to bring this to to the attention by using her “celebrity” status is just fine with me. Whatever works. Aniston also addresses good causes using her “celebrity” status.
If you wanna chose to believe the worst of a person by reading tabloids that want to sell a magazine, then that is your business. To state that “we reep what we sow” is definitely not always so. We live in an unfair world. I would like to see how you would do with that statement in the country that was invaded by yours. I don’t think your theory would wash there either.

Well it seems to me that Jennfier Aniston is only now in a hurry to get married & have a child (if true) because now a days it seems to be everyone is doing. It seems she has discovered since her divorce she is no longer a comodity (because she never was a hot comodity in HW). Her star is fading fast and she thinks that in order to get some roles or be relevant having a child & marriage seems to help (basically trying to copy somebody she once was attached to, but the thing about their situation is they actually wanted a family, and not a pr family. If they did (want a pr fam.) they would be in HW right now at the latest celebrity hang outs & doing the walk of shame every week), unlike days of old Hollywood when if you were married and had a family it was considered career suicide (unless it was an agent arranged marriage/coupling between the two hottest stars of HW, everyone loved a live fairy tale hint, hint).
To me Jennifer Aniston don’t really want children because if she did she would have done that in 2000 or 2001 in the early years of her marriage (thank goodness she didn’t) or when the Friends writers made Rachel pregnant (which really was written for her personal life because of the news they were trying). Now all of sudden it is a desperation to be married and get pregnant, I guess you gotta birth a kid while the hiring in HW is good!
If you think I’m lying than look at how she has been for the last 4 years and now. She is dating basically guys that will just f$#@ & leave em’ but she thought she would have a Ashton & Demi type relationship with John and he said hell nooo. What I and I think a lot of other people are saying is that Jen has choices, access to funds to pay for therapy, money, good looks, and most important of all - health,

You apparently have little respect for the intelligence of JJ readers. DISCERNING readers will focus on the fact Ms. Jolie travelled to more than 20 countries to personally meet refugees. She gave generously of her time AND money to raise awareness. The fact that Laura Bush is married to George W. has NOTHING to do with Ms. Jolie’s accomplishments or accolades.
As for your political positions, they are your own. I care nothing about whom you support or what you think of the US or our President, since HE is not the one who was so CHEAP as to give three USED bags to charity solely to boost a rapidly-declining image.
