Let’s hope they switch it up for the real deal–that hand looks terribly Photoshopp-ed. But at least he’s starting to cash in on his $100 million dollar endorsement deals!
”[There will be] no Wheaties box this time around; it’s going to be Kellogg’s,” Phelps‘ longtime agent Peter Carlisle revealed to Access Hollywood.
No Wheaties box but Phelps, who scored a record-breaking eight gold medals at the Beijing Olympics, will appear on special edition cereal boxes this fall for both Kellogg’s Corn Flakes and Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes.

Phelps was too good for Kelloggs. When I think Kelloggs, I think of kids eating processed, refined, high glycemic, flavored, imitation products. I think of over weight, diabetic americans; Not a world class athlete with the best whole foods and nutrition before him. If the founder of Kellogg’s tasted the unhealthy cereal and gum drops marketed to children he’s be rolling in his grave.
Anyone who has watched Michael Phelps party here in Vegas will tell you he is on a serious path of self distruction. kellogg’s will live to regret outting him on a box. Hope he doesn’t end up like Pete Rose, signing sports memoribelia at the Sports Shop two days a week in Cesar’s Palace Shopping Arcade. Worlds greatest swimmer, yes. Common sence street smart guy, nada !
