OlderBrangelina Twins Sell Big!
This just in from Women’s Wear Daily! Not surprisingly, the exclusive photos of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s newborn twins, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, sold big. How big? 2.6 million copies big!
According to the trade journal, “The issue is the biggest seller in seven years, and is the fourth highest newsstand seller in the magazine’s 35-year history, behind the Sept. 11 issue (4.1 million single copies), the issue covering Princess Diana’s death (3 million) and the one covering the death of John F. Kennedy Jr. (2.8 million). The June 19, 2006 issue with the exclusive baby pictures of Brad and Angelina’s first daughter, Shiloh, moved 2.2 million newsstand copies (perhaps the extra Pitt-Jolie baby provided a bigger draw this time).”

Why is it so important to you that she vote in the manner that YOU deem fit? This is AMERICA. In THIS country, every citizen has the right to vote their individual conscience. The ballot booth is as sacred a realm of privacy as the bedroom.
You have no more right to dictate her ballot choice than she has the right to dictate yours. How would you like it if someone who does not pay your bills, does not work 40 hours for you and plays no role in life were to appear on your doorstep and suddenly dictate how YOU must vote? That would be utterly ridiculous. Her choice is her own; your choice is your own.

Angelina is very liked and respected including in her home country.
The USA is based on heros and the american spirit doesn’t like when someone is beaten down by everyone unlimittedly. Angelina is receiving the boomerang affects of a whole nation that launched a vendetta towards a single woman’s supposed crime like they did to witches centuries ago.
She went from the storm dignified, living her life, being civil and respectful in words and acts. Americans respect people who are able to pull it off during controversies and shaky times. That’s what hero are made of. She is a conquerer and a natural leader.
Hence the boomerang affects affecting both Angie and Aniston vice versa. Because one abuse the sympathy capital she had and lost many fans while the other went through storm with her head up and came from it wiser, greater with dignity, collecting more fans in the process.

People’s recent exclusive cover story on Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s infant twins was a blockbuster, selling 2.6 million copies, making it the 4th highest newsstand seller in the mag’s history, sources tell ET.
The issue featuring babies Knox and Vivienne, which is the highest selling issue in the past seven years, sold slightly more than People’s exclusive cover of Brad and Angelina’s daughter Shiloh in 2006, which sold 2.2 million copies.
The only People issues that sold more on newsstands were on the topics of September 11th, Princess Diana’s death and the death of John F. Kennedy Jr.

I’m not sure if this has been pointed out, but it is an incredible feat to sell that many magazines at that cover price in the year 2008- when many mags are dying bc of blogs, etc. Yea, BAMPZSKV!!
Have you check out Borders, Barnes and Nobles, if not the sure bet is the Airport, the international area. They have everything.

Excellent point . There s is certainly no denying their phenomenal popularity. And I think their appeal goes so far beyond their physical beauty (lots of pretty people in Hollywood have pretty babies). Rather, it speaks to the way they have chosen to live lives of purpose, thinking of others rather than just sitting back and wallowing in their own riches. A life of purpose — I think that’s what Brad was searching for. Glad he seems to have found it.

Especially considering the fact that the pictures were available for viewing on People’s website. And still people bought People, the magazine. Shows the power of the JP Family. It’s mighty enjoyable watching the fanistons and haters try to spin this one as a failure.

#150: Hi, Tabitha. That’s what I thought when I saw Zee wearing another mini-me of her mommy. Remember the Valentino purse? That’s probably what sparked the idea. Normally, Angie does not accept gifts but when it’s so cute like that, guess she can’t resist.
As I’ve said before, watch how other designers are going to be sending mini-mes to the girls as a thank you to their mommy for increasing their sales and giving them free advertising. That nightgown she was wearing for the photoshoot is just one that the designer is so grateful to her for. It was said that their phone was ringing off the hook and everybody was wanting that nightgown.
