Olesya Rulin: Give a Hoot, Don’t Pollute!
High School Musical actress Olesya Rulin, aka piano player Kelsi, acts like the good citizen, as she spends her morning picking up trash at the Santa Monica beach on Thursday.
Olesya, 22, has kept a fairly low profile lately, but popped up during High School Musical: Get In The Picture, where she made an appearance with Lucas Grabeel and Kaycee Stroh. The trio explained how they became part of the HSM family and their great experiences with it!
In High School Musical 3: Senior Year, Olesya’s character composes the seniors’ spring musical!

when the paps are blatantly shooting pictures of her, why not take advantage. she’s getting publicity out of it.
aaaaaaaaaaaand. i really like her in hsm, i’m glad they gave mer more than a minute of camera time in the second movie. i hope she’s got a much bigger part in the third.

Woohoo for an Olesya post!!! Thank you ooldes Jared! She is my favorite character in the HSM movies and I love that she is getting to be a bigger part of the stories! Also love that she is doing something good as opposed to shopping or just walking around. I hope can get more from her as HSM3 approaches and she gets more roles!

She seems like a sweetheart and apparently some of you have never seen the HSM movies since her character Kelsi has a more prominent role than any of the other secondary characters in the movie. And with each of the movies her character has increased. In HSM3 according to the spoilers and previews she figures even more prominently in with the main cast.
Some of you would like to belittle her in your posts but you are the ones who look stupid. #19, male—IF you would have been smart enough to read Jared’s explanation about her you would have know how old she was and what does her stature have to do with anything?
