Heidi Montag is an Aerobics Instructor
Big-haired Heidi Montag channels her inner-80’s aerobics instructor while filming the music video for her latest single “Overdosin” in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The Hills star was dressed in lots of lycra, legwarmers and a sweatband.
Heidi worked with a director, film crew, choreographer and cast of around 16 to produce a funny 80s-themed workout video, with plenty of big hair and bright colors on show!
The “Overdosin” music video will air TOMORROW, Monday, August 25th @ 1PM EST on HeidiMontag.com.

At least she’s making a real music video this time but after that homemade music video, why would you even want to try?

she looks really different compared to like the first season of the hills . i swear, its like she got plastic surgery for her whole face . she looks like a live barbie doll ! soo plastic .
I really feel sorry for her, she is going to be known as a laughing stock
for the rest of her life, and she obviously has very little self esteem cos she is still with that prick spencer and she had to get all that plastic surgery to feel happy with herself, very sad indeed
