Zac Efron Has High School Musical Pep Rally!
Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale hype it up at Disney’s ‘High School Musical 3: Senior Year’ Ultimate Fan Pep Rally on Saturday at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood.
As reported earlier, 1000 High School Musical fans won a special opportunities to be part of a “pep rally” viewing of the sing-a-long- version of High School Musical and High School Musical 2. They also caught a sneak peek of HSM3!

You just know that all the stuff about Zac being with his true love again is going to start up with him doing another event with Ashley and not Vanessa, couple that with the last few photo’s the pap’s have got of Zac with him not looking happy and now he’s all smile’s on this photo is surely a sign that he does’nt want to be with Vanessa anymore but with Ashley. It really does make me smile when those comments are made, on this ocassion they are working on starting to promote HSM3 and as it’s been said I’m sure that if Vanessa was’nt back on tour she would have been their.
I’m surprised that no one has commented that he seems to have stopped wearing his ring again.

Well it seems our dear Jared left out a few details. Such as most of the cast was there and so was Kenny Ortega.
That the biggest poster was of course Zac and Vanessa and the clip shown was basically Zac and Vanessa (Troy/Gabriella)
The 3 new kids, Olesya, Chris Warren, Ryne, Kacyee, And Kenny where there two. They came out some answered questions, Zac, Kenny, Ashley were out there for the shortest time. The people there got to watch the song “a night to remember” from the movie, they also watched all the trailer stuff we got, hsm, hsm2.
Corbin/V are touring. No idea what Monique & Lucas are doing.
Zac is love. He looks hot and the hair isn’t bothering me here, even if he still does need a haircut. Olesya looks really nice.

Zac and Ashley have been at 2 events together both connected to high school musical 2 EVENTS-that doesn’t even remotely constitute “spending a lot of time together. In fact these events are the only recent pix we have of them together at all.
Vanessa’s tour end next Saturday with one or two dates in September then she’ll be around.
People seem to forget Zac came to the Alma awards direct from being with Vanessa on tour
I saw Vanessa’s concert tonight and she was absolutely awesome in person. Her voice sounds SO much stronger live. And boy can that girl dance.
At the beginning of the concert the Radio Disney guy came out and was talking about Vanessa. Then he said, “And what’s that guy’s name? You know, the one in High School Musical?” And practically everyone screamed ZAC at the top of their lungs. Then the guy pointed into the audience and said, “Someone out there has a ‘Where’s Zac?’ sign.” Which made everyone scream louder. Then after everyone sort of quieted down, the guy said, “Zac NOT here.”

you guys are something else, if Zac didn’t want to be with Vanessa he wouldn’t be with her. Zac has been wearing his rings at times. Vanessa still wears her ring and Zac has a habit of losing rings. Zac is dating Vanessa and Ashley is dating Jared.Murillo.
Zac and Vanessa do not always wear their rings. Especially for photo shoots. And if Zac didn’t want to be with Vanessa he wouldn’t have been with her in Iowa and on some of her other tour, he was seen in a tent in Iowa. and then they were seen walking hand in hand to the bus. And there was alot od PDA on the set of HSM3 with them. And also there was PDA of Ashley and Jared. The couples are all BFF.

Many of us have complained in times past about the bashing of Ashley on Zac/Vanessa threads and we had that thing stopped for quite some time. However, once school was out for the summer it seemed like it started up again. So, I think it might be clear who is doing the Ashley bashing—school kids who do that kind of thing at school. Most fans who are over 21 do not do that. If they don’t like Ashley, then they let it go as it certainly doesn’t make Zac or Vanessa loved more or make them better by bashing Ashley. It is OK to like all of them. I personally like all the kids from HSM—Olyesa, Monique, KayCee, Corbin, Chris….

I am curious on the fact that sometimes Zac wears his ring and sometimes doesn’t. Them again? I’ve got to admit, while I may not be Vanessa’s biggest fan, or fan in general, I’d rather see her face than Zac and Ashley’s. She, by some miracle, manages to make Zac look better just by standing next to hm. Of course, she makes Ashley look worse by comparison, but it’s not like that girl was much of a looker in the first place.
Ashley looks the same as always: trashy, with just a hint of influence from her best friend forever (two weeks ago Vanessa was parading around with the same, straight hairstyle). Zac just looks dirty. Personally, if I had Vanessa’s looks and so called charm, I’d be hanging around more interesting and better looking people.
Man i wish Vanessa was there, but I’m sure Zanessa miss each other even though Zac did visit his lady on the tour a few weeks ago!

ZAC IS LOOKIN HOT!
I was one of the very lucky ones who got to go and spend all day yesterday at the HSM3 Ultimate Fan Pep Rally in Hollywood at the El Capitan Theater. So much fun and excitement, from 10am to 5pm. Lots of giveaways in line, sing alongs, fans dressed up in Wildcat colors. We got to see HSM 1 & 2 on the big screen in sing along versions, along with with some VERY special treats…
First they brought out three new characters onstage, one of whom is a British girl. I won’t spoil the other two. They each talked with us about their characters in HSM3 and shared some funny stories. Everyone’s gonna love them all. Then out came Mr HSM, Kenny Ortega, to thank us for our support…such a friendly, wonderful man.
and THEN….
ZAC and ASHLEY walked out onstage along with the rest of of the cast!!!! (minus Corbin & Vanessa)
It was total screaming insanity and even crying. They all looked great….Zac’s hair is long & he was really happy, and Ashley was beautiful in all white. They talked to us about the movie and also thanked us for our support. No words can describe what it was like when they all came out onstage. It was unbelievable having Zac, Ashley, Olesya, Chris W, Ryne and the others right there a few feet in front of us.
And then the finale: Kenny Ortega said he had decided last minute to bring a surprise for us … an entire musical number from HSM3! It was so cool…..they are all dressed up in the song, like something out of Las Vegas. I don’t want to spoil the rest.
I wish every HSM fan could’ve been there to experience the magic and excitement of such a special day. I think everyone left feeling that Kenny Ortega and the cast are truly grateful to all the fans for the success of the HSM movies. As a thank you, they gave us an unforgettable day we will never forget. :} :} :}

Yes,it is hard to let the youngest one go,the playgroup is even run by a friend,but 2 1/2 is still very young,its worse because she’s so small for her age.I’d just started to get used to the idea….now I’m talking myself out of it.lol.
Glad that you enjoyed Vanessa’s concert,I don’t think I’ve read anything other than positive reviews,by all accounts she puts on a great show.
The fact that Vanessa is out working on her tour, along with Corbin, shows her strength. She is not threatened that she will be replaced if she misses the pep rally. She does not need to be with Zac at every moment and Zac does not feel deserted if she is not with him. Their maturity with their confidence in each other should be an inspiration for all couples.
The fact that this cast all gets along so well - including Ashley and Zac - is a tribute to Kenny and to these actors. When people complain that Zac is out to dinner with Ash or Zac is standing next to Ash, they should consider how awkward it would be if these two didn’t have a friendship. Wouldn’t that be really weird if he ignored her to show that he only has eyes for Vanessa? Zac and Vanessa demonstrate for all how a relationship can open up opportunities by not closing themselves off for everyone else.
It is entirely possible that Ashley did like Zac back when HSM1 was being filmed. There is that picture in London where Zac is holding Vanessa’s hand and Ashley is looking down at their hands and she does look a little taken aback. This is not necessary true but, if by chance, it is, Ashley has shown a lot of maturity by remaining close friends and not letting any past disappointment get in the way of all the friendships. This is another life lesson to be learned!

They are 3rd, 4th & 5th from the LEFT, between Ryne and Zac: Justin Martin is ‘Donnie’ , Jemma MacKenzie Brown from England is ‘Tiara’, Matt Prokop is ‘Jimmy’. They came out first earlier in the day to talk about their roles & funny stuff that happened during filming. They returned again near the end of the day when Zac & Ashley came out before we saw ‘A Night to Remember’ from the new film. It sounds like the Tiara and Jimmy characters will play the ‘understudies’ for the Troy and Sharpay characters, so expect some rivalries and jealousies…. Thanks to Kenny Ortega and all the HSM3 cast for making the Pep Rally such an awesome and unforgettable event.

There is nothing damaging about that picture. I have seen plenty of friends hug each other like that. And you have no clue what was going on before the picture was taken.

Just because we don’t see Zac and vanessa all over each other doesn’t mean that pictures of them with other people equals their relationship being fake or in trouble.
Zac and vanessa are secure in their feelings for each other and in the state of their relationship. They are not likely to let the opinion from some of their fans sway those beliefs, especially when they know there are other fans that know better and have faith in them.

i dont have a problem with zac and ash usually. i may not exactly like them, but if vanessas ok with it, then who am i to argue. but ashley and zac dont seem that close when vanessas around. at least, they dont pose for pictures like that. they dont pose for pictures at all. so why is it that, when shes gone, they suddenly start acting friendlier than usual?

I completely agree. They ARE an inspiration. When you love someone, you TRUST them. You believe in your love and the commitment your heart has made to that person.

I would guess you are under the age of 25. By then you will probably not feel so insecure as you will be more confident in yourself–at least hopefully those things will be the case. Nothing kills a relationship faster than jealousy and I do know a lot of people who never grow out of that and there lives are miserable. Now, I’m not saying that if your guy is always hanging onto other women and flirting that you should ignore it since some guys are cheaters—and if you find that yours is he most likely always will be. Any time that happens you need to get rid of them if you want someone faithful to you.
However, Zac is looking totally uninterested in that way in the picture. It is not a flirty picture in the least. PLUS, it isn’t like you see Zac with his arms around Ashley all the time even when they are in the same place at the same time. However, when you look at pictures of Zac with Vanessa such as the Palm Springs, DVD release of HSM2 party, and the TCA’s, the way Zac looks at her and his closeness to her is different than with Ashely even in the picture you have. Go back to all these pictures in a few years and you will understand what I mean.
Corbin was NOT at this event along with Vanessa. They both are touring and sometimes together. Also, Lucas Grabeel was not there.

You really kind of answered you own question: Why are Zac and Ashley together so much now? It isn’t because since Vanessa is gone on tour that Zac and Ashley think they can have some fun together. It is BECAUSE they are beginning to promote HSM3 and Zac and Ashley are available to do so whereas Vanessa, Corbin, and Lucas are finishing up other projects. Also, Zac and Ashley presented an award to Kenny Ortega also associated with HSM. Once again, Ash and Zac were available and ASKED to do so. They didn’t jump out there and volunteer to do so so they could be together!
Also, IF—and this has been pointed out by me and others in the past—but if Zac had been the slightest bit interested in Ashley in that way he had his chance to date her long before he even had met Vanessa since he has known Ashley much longer. But apparently that wasn’t happening. There are also videos of Ashley talking about how she thought Zac and Vanessa were so cute together and these were made right after they made the first HSM. Ashley was obviously excited that Zac and Vanessa had a thing for each other right away.
