I have never criticized TomKat for holding their child instead of putting her in a carrier–only for holding her with her face and body facing outward when the child is so clearly distressed with the paps. They can carry her until she is 21 for all I care as long as she is happy which she is clearly not.

( vanity fair ) The children just love the L.A. environment, and that is where their friends are, Nicole has said, and she respects that”. ” they talk sometimes 2 to 3 times a day, depending on matters of make-up , hair, and boys, OR girls with Connor,”. Nicole is a WONDERFUL mother and she has said that Katie is doing a great job with them. SO, that probably IS Bella in the picture DANCER, as she is SO grown up and beautiful. California law is quite explicit, no divorced parent may remove a child from the state without both parents consent EVERY TIME. Cruise is in control as Cali was the state of legal residence at the time the divorce was filed.

Nicole is not mother material. Stop putting the blame on Cruise as the reason she doesn’t see the two older kids. She chooses not to. A mother who really cared would fight tooth and nail and not give a damn about scandal or retribution.
