#24 yes she is a singles artist, with the hype surrounding Umbrella she should’ve sold 3mil alone in the US within months, but it took little ms. no talent almost 6 or 7 months to go gold and the rest of the year to reach plat. Alicia did 2mil or more in months, Lil Wayne did it in a week. She had the same hype as the others but because of her lack of talent the only thing that sales for her is singles.
The label paid more interest in her due to Umbrella and forgot about artist like Chrisette Michelle and the others who can sing.
Rihanna is just a big ole bag of bad air. Who got the huge head like I stated. The UK said move over Beyonce and riri went crazy and forgot she had nice songs but lack of talent to sale..

@#12 ..perhaps you didn’t get it..but my comment is clear. It is sad that Rihanna doesn’t know what her finances are. That means Rihanna is dumb enough to expect someone to handle her money. That’s insane. Do you think women like Madonna, Oprah, Jennifer Aniston, Angelina Jolie are not keeping track of their money?!! That is stupid no matter who you are or whatever career you have. Unless you are a minor then the money you earn as an entertainer is put in a trust to guarantee no one is robbing children actor/singers blind..BUT Rihanna is no child. I didn’t say it was the manager’s doing…It’s Rihanna’s bottom line stupidity. While she is interested in flaunting her love life and new threads she’s behind the scene not paying attention to her financial business.
As an african american it is also sad that this is not unusual in entertainment business that young black performers are not savvy with their $$$..and at one point when Rihanna is 26 and considered old news and someone else will be the lastest one hit wonder on MTV..Even crazy Britney had to have her Dad appointed to watch her finances …
Somebody leaked this story to let creditors know…she ain’t got no money so if she charges something she can’t pay for it!

dont worry guys, it’s not true. An accounting advisor that she once had working for her was stealing from her but then rihanna found out and fired her so this rumour is not completely fiction but it was started by the former employee of rihanna.(pathetic) anyway, even if it was true, rihanna has many endorsement contracts that have not expired yet and will be receiveng millions of money from each of these
(eg. Covergirl) , so there is no need to worry. :-)
