People act as if Brad ONLY should stayed stuck in time physically speaking.

Guess what, All of them, Angie and Jennifer included have getting older !!! It’s part of the process in life !

The fact that women, especially Jen have tricks to lessen wrinckles (pictures of her 7 years ago showed many wrinkles in her foreheard and around the mouth, already !!!) doesn’t erase the fact that she indeed looks less fresh than 3 years ago. Erasing wrinkles through botox has boomerang effects too : it gives you a soft skin while it sharpens your features or makes you look like an inflating freak (see Priscilla Preysley or Donatella Versace) and makes you look older anyway ! She has lost the babyfat of her twenties, so has Angie. They have entered a phase where beauty must established itself through inner confidence, serenity and happiness as youth will fade anyway. That’s why Angie is still gorgeous !

Nobody will ever say that Helen Mirren, Sofia Loren, Raquel Welsh, Paul Newman or Sean Connery aren’t beautiful ! They were physically young and beautiful. Now their beauty has encompassed time cause it comes from within. they are happy and not bitter and it irradiates their soul and makes them beautiful. Brigitte Bardot on the other hand…

brad looks great better now then when he was younger

Mark in £65m movie deal

SCOTS comic book king Mark Millar has struck movie gold with Hollywood A-listers.

The 38-year-old writer and artist has joined forces with Brad Pitt and Nicholas Cage for his next project, adapted from his own comic book Kick-Ass.

It follows Millar’s success with Angelina Jolie and Glasgow’s James McAvoy in the blockbuster movie Wanted.

Millar will co-produce the £65million movie with Brad Pitt and Claudia Schiffer’s husband Matthew Vaughn, while Cage will star with Lyndsay Fonseca and Aaron Johnson.

Millar, 38, is originally from Coatbridge but now lives in Glasgow with his wife Gillian and 10-year-old daughter Emily.

He’s had remarkable success as a comic book writer, becoming one of the most successful in the business.

Wanted made more than $300m (£162m) at the worldwide box office.

Millar said: “I’m really excited about the deal and the fact that the rights for the film were signed before the book is published in January.

“We probably did the most violent film this year with Wanted. I wanted to do something even more outrageous with Kick-Ass.

“The book is very extreme, with a lot of violence.”

Kick-Ass is due to be shot soon in London and Toronto.

Its plot follows high school misfit Dave Lizewski, who becomes a superhero even though he has little athletic ability and poor co-ordination.

Brad Pitt will not appear at the Make It Right 9 block party
Posted by Doug MacCash, Staff writer, The Times-Picayune August 26, 2008 5:30PM

Michael Democker / The Times-Picayune
Actor Brad Pitt unveils his $12 million “Make It Right” project on Dec. 3. Despite rumors to the contrary, actor Brad Pitt will not attend the dedication of six new homes in the Lower 9th Ward on Friday (Aug. 29). So says Virginia Miller, spokeswoman for Make It Right 9, an organization founded by Pitt to provide affordable housing to a neighborhood devastated by the 2005 storm and flood.

“It’s a low-key block party,” Miller wrote in an e-mail, referring to a neighborhood gathering scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the corner of Tennessee and N. Prieur streets.

Make It Right plans to build at least 84 houses, with an ultimate goal of financing at least 150 houses in the Lower 9th Ward. “We want to honor the anniversary of Katrina rather than patting ourselves on the back and/or distracting. It’s exciting that the first houses will be up and lots of hard work and love has gone into it, but there’s lots more to do.”

Miller said that Pitt will visit the site sometime near the Dec. 3 anniversary of the founding of Make It Right 9.

NEXT GOAL: Get everybody in Louisiana to use solar power

Out of the blue, Jeff Shaw got a call from Brad Pitt—rather, Pitt’s people at the Make it Right Foundation, an organization created by the actor and occasional New Orleans resident to help rebuild the Lower Ninth Ward.

They wanted to know if Shaw’s company, Gulf South Solar, could coordinate the installation of 45 kilowatts of solar-power capacity inside a week as part of a fundraiser kickoff involving faux pink houses equipped with real solar panels.

Forty-five kilowatts. Is that a lot? Considering it takes two days or so to put in a three-kilowatt system, yes. Shaw’s response: “Yeah, we can do it.” Shaw’s business development manager, Justin Runnels, got on the phone to Gulf South’s dealer partners, friends and solar enthusiasts around the state, coordinating an army of solar warriors to get the job done.

“We got to hang out with Brad and teach him about solar and get this effort launched for a nationwide fund-raising campaign,” Shaw says.

Burn After ReadingWendy Ide at the Venice Film Festival
****

Joel and Ethan Coen call upon a heavyweight cast of regular collaborators (George Clooney, Frances McDormand, Richard Jenkins) and newcomers to the Coen repertory group (Brad Pitt, John Malkovich, Tilda Swinton) for their follow-up to the Oscar-winning No Country For Old Men. And then the brothers gleefully despatch half of their stars in a hail of bullets and blunt weapons.

This is the Coens’ first self-penned original screenplay since The Man Who Wasn’t There in 2001, and it has in common with some of their earlier pictures, specifically Raising Arizona and Fargo, a savagely comic taste for creative violence and a slightly mocking eye for detail. It also shares with these films one of the Coen Brothers preferred themes: that of inept criminals, or more specifically the ordinary Joe who thinks he or she can pull off one ingenious heist that will turn their luck around.

It’s hard to think of anyone less suited to a life of crime than Pitt’s character Chad. Most toddlers have better extortion skills. Chad is a bouncing puppy of a man; a fitness trainer at Hard Bodies gym and the best buddy of fellow Hard Bodies employee Linda (McDormand). Linda has an aching loneliness inside which she attempts to fill with unrewarding hook ups on internet dating sites and the dream of a new life bought through extensive cosmetic surgery. But all the butt-sculpting and face-stretching that she requires comes at a price, so when the gym cleaner finds a disk that appears to contain what Chad describes as “top secret sensitive ****”, Linda scents the chance of a windfall and Chad skips happily along beside her.

Burn After Reading

This film tops my list of must-see films this September. As a follow-up to their Oscar-winning No Country for Old Men, the Coen brothers’ new film looks like a return to the kind of over-the-top crime comedy that they pulled off so well in Raising Arizona and The Big Lebowski. It’s also got a dream cast that includes George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Tilda Swinton, John Malkovich and Frances McDormand. I’ll be there day one.

every time I see Brad I think “hey sexy daddy”. I kid you not, every time. :P

I love brad pitt @ 08/27/2008 at 8:16 am
