Dear Charlotte Corday,

I have friends who come from conflict areas. One from Burundi, the other from Bosnia. My friend from Burundi (Africa) had to leave her country only because she is from different tribe than her neighbours. My friend from Bosnia, she also had to leave her country, only because she is a member of different religion.

I talked a lot with them, and I always could see the tears and the longing of home in their eyes. I don’t want to pretend that I know how it feels to be away from home only because of different colour of skin/religions.

As much as I don’t like Angelina Jolie, I don’t believe that she is pro war. She works hard for the refugees (and Bet - please don’t start again with the game which one come first -war or refugees-, because we talk about lives and not egg/chicken. It is simply heartless and cruel.), and she helps people in conflict areas. I think what we can show is some kind of appreciation. She might or might not support a presidential candidate, for what I know, a new president might or might not change the foreign policy. I think for somebody like Angelina, what she needs the most is support from the government to help solving the problems.

We -who like to sit in front of the computer and criticize- will not be able to do what Angelina Jolie did. So, in this question, before you talk to any refugee, you better show some respect to somebody like her. Will you leave your life and go to..let’s just say…Baghdad? My brothers lived in a conflict area. You don’t know how I felt when I heard all those problems occured. And I pray, you don’t have to go through it.

In my taste, Roseanne Barr talked strange. If she believes in freedom, then she should give Angelina all the freedom to choose/vote. And, I do wonder, did she ever do something for the refugees?

Another thing. I am not an English native speaker. What is wrong with this sentence:

..then she should be excoriated

Grammar: Adv + subject + modal + to be + verb (tr. verb).

Okay, the usage of the word excoriated is harsh. It reminds me to acne or something. But it is either wrong or bad.

Wow, Jen Anison looks so well put together, groomed and CLEAN! A welcomed change from some celebs and their nasty, grungy looks. I thoroughly enjoy Jen’s movies, and really liked her performance in Derailed. Wouldn’t it be great if Woody Allen puts her in one of his avant guard movies?….she’d be awsome in one of his era flicks. Glad all is going so well in her personal life. I think that it’s some fans who have failed to grow, move on, certainly not Jen Aniston. When Brad is in his 50’s ( five years away) some fans will still be saying Jen Aniston is pining for his saggy old ****…lol. Just stating facts as i see them. I have no personal grudge against either Bill Brad Pitt, or his partner the ever loonie Angelina Jolie non-Voight. Live and let live people!!

First, “Brad Pitt week” ?? FYI, for most people out there the world does not revolve around BP. Maybe for you it does…
Plus, if JA would lock herself up in her house eveytime BP/AJ are doing something, she wouldn’t leave her house anymore.

Second, a meeting with a very well known dorector is a “stupid thing” for an actress to do?? (not worthy of any more comments)

Third (and last), i don’t see how JA doing her things (business meetings, dinner with friends, shopping, etc), is more media whoring than sending personal pics of your family to some magazine without a reason (are they going to charity this time too?)…
