OlderSolange Knowles Mistakenly Accuses News Anchor
Solange Knowles is trying to step out of her older sister Beyonce’s shadow, much like Ashlee Simpson did with older sister Jessica. But when Solange was interviewed by Fox News Las Vegas, things didn’t go quite the way they were supposed to.
Before her interview went live, Solange was asked if she would talk about the closing of Jay-Z’s Las Vegas Club 40/40. The answer was obviously no, so the anchor agreed not to mention it on air. Solange wasn’t aware that this happened off-camera, so after she was enthusiastically welcomed to the show by the news anchor, she sternly said:
“I have to say, that was not a very professional introduction before. Please don’t tie me into family and my brother-in-law’s establishment.”
The news anchor gets confused and profusely apologizes. Someone from her news team then blurts out, “That wasn’t live, Solange. That wasn’t on [live] TV.”
Solange didn’t look very happy. But at least we have confirmation that Beyonce’s married–straight from her sister’s mouth! Check out the video clip below.

I saw it live. This ***** was wrong and rude to the anchor Monica Jackson, who is always sweet and professional. I wish this stupid wh*re would disappear already. She cannot sing and has no talent or common sense whatsoever!
What was up with that rambling response? It made her sound even stupider than she did the first time. Be a woman and apologize already! Try to set somewhat of a good example for your child.
We should be saying SoLong to SoLange very soon, I’m sure.

Someone needs to teach her that Beyonce is a star because she is down to earth and really talented. I hope Ms. Solange gets a grip of reality because after that little incident all I can say is that the album is a FLOP! Stupid *****! I will buy all of Beyonce’s albums… but wouldnt take free copies of Solange’s ****!

The entire family needs a voice coach. In interviews, they do come across an uneducated…just a pretty face with no education. They are all piggy backing off of Jay-Z anyway!!!

Oh Solange :-? babe you have a good album (atleast I think so - I love the album) ….but your attitude is gonna hurt you…..Beyonce is Beyonce and you are Solange (of course), but babe people dont have to like you b/c you are Bee’s sister.
I believe Solange is a very nice and cool person… I just believe she was as on target as she should have been in this interview and I look forward to seeing a better Solange.

The reporter was very professional. She did her job veryvery well!
What an ungracious brat. Her language was not precise and she acted live a diva..WHO IS THIS AGAIN?? Just another “prviliged” brat to be fortunate enough to be born into a family who has already made it. Talk about being UNPROFESSIONAL. If I was the news anchor I would have laughed in her face!
