Tim Gunn: Jennifer Aniston Looks Desperate
Project Runway fashion guru Tim Gunn ripped into Katie Holmes’ style and now he’s taking down Jennifer Aniston!
“Sometimes I think she has ‘desperate character’ written on her,” Tim told OK! at the Manhattan launch party for Tide and Downy Total Care. “The clothes we wear send a message. And I think that’s the message — I don’t think that’s her intention though.”
Aniston seems happy being man-free but apparently Tim doesn’t think so!

At his age what this expect of course women are deseprate if they do not have a men beside them. special if a woman are succuessful with out man beside her, she is deseprate in those lunatic old men. Men who treated by single successful women.

JA is 40 soon and yet she dresses like a 20 yrs old, case in point: tube top and shirt without bra!!! what is she trying to prove?that she’s till young and desirable? I think she needs to take a break from dating for a while, get to know herself better. It will do her good!!!!!!!!

about Jen, yeah she over already, just it is very hard for people to believe that a beautiful girl can not be happy if they ar hanging around with a men.. please all of u have a life!…this time if for her a time to do what he could not do while she was married , now she is free so let her enjoy being free in the market…

Jennifer is deseprate for FAME.
She has had no success except for her role in Friends. She is not a movie star. She has ridden on the coattails of her ex and her very high paid PR for years and now as she ages she cannot any longer be described by the press as an “all american girl”. Truly YOUNG girls have now emerged of all different ethnicities, the blond blue eyed are not the only “all american girls ” these days. Young people all say get over the PR false triangle, years have passed, memories have faded, and for teens the almost 4 years she has been divorced is a lifetime ago for them.
Her time has passed. She had a window of opprotunity during and after the divorce if she had acted as Nicole K or Uma did with dignity and as adults, but she choose to act like a wounded cow wallowing in the mud. Now years have passed and the door has closed for her. She will get roles in films, but she will never been a star.
The public can only be played so long. The John Mayer fakery has given the public a view of the real JA and many do not like what they see. You see JM has many young fans and they believe that JA wronged him, they do not like her for that.
You see Jenhags, both you free ones and the Huvane paid ones, it is all about her not anyone else no matter how hard you try to make it so. Guess she will be on Oprah soon milking what she can.
None of you have said anything of substance about her, not one thing. That is what is truly sad.
“didn’t have all bad things to say” is still key and it does not change the fact that she dresses desperately trying to hang on to her youth at going on 40. 40 is not old but you must grow up as well as your fashion. There is sexy & appropriate at 40 and she don’t have it. Sorry.
For instance all the ass & crotch shows she gave this year, if that isn’t desperate for attention I don’t know what is. She basically pulled a Paris & Lindsay but in a bikini.

I think fame she already got - infamy. But I do think Aniston is DESPERATE for PRESTIGE. She will never get that as a has-been sticom actress. Huvane dropped some kind of favor to Woody Allen so he would dine with her, papps all notified as we saw. It’s the PRESTIGE Brad took away with him.

Jennifer Aniston dresses herself verrrry carefully. She spends a lot of time on her personal appearance and usually seems calculated in her choice of clothes. Nothing wrong with that because she is a celebrity but it’s only to be expected that she would be critiqued on her fashion. When she is complimented I’m sure she likes that. So here is a fashion guy who is saying to her that she is making fashion mistakes that make her look desperate and obvious. Too bad her own friends and the people who work for her haven’t clued her in on this. Maybe she’ll listen to Gunn and step up her game. It isn’t as if she doesn’t want to play this game - she does.
I’m sure Gunn’s comments are in response to those very public pictures of Aniston wandering New York City dressed like an 18 year old hoochy momma on her way to K Mart. A little sophistication and style goes a long way - especially when you’re about to turn 40. I hope she listens to him and rethinks her clothing choices. She might make directors & filmmakers view her with new eyes and attract their interest. That has to be a good thing for her and her career.

Tim Gunn is right. She screams desperation. The tank top she wore the other day pukes “Desperate. She put on a swim suit a few months ago with her coming out publicity stunt. with John. That was a totally desperate move.
