Allyal, you are pathetic to call a baby ugly. You also come off as illiterate. No, she is not ugly. Far from it and she is not too skinny either. She looks like the perfect size. You don’t know what it is because it isn’t there. You’re the one who is most likely ugly.

And I felt that I should address the ‘color scheme of African-Americans’, both of my parents are mixed, and I would have to strongly disagree that light skinned blacks are not mixed. Somewhere in their ancestry you’ll find a relative of another race, and this is even the case for certain dark skinned individuals if not most. Actually, it is said that there is no pure race, thus, no one is actually full black, full white, et cetera… Regardless if they may appear that way or they may even identify with ONE race, let’s face it, it’s easier that way.

Personally, my mother’s father is Italian/Portuguese but her mother is West Indian/Carib, Scottish and Japanese and my father’s mother is Aruban/Dutch while his father is Puerto Rican/Native (Arawakan/Igneri/Taino) and that’s ridiculous to explain to everyone who asks what my ethnicity is so I identify with West Indian.

I have younger cousins who are dark skinned with curly hair or light skinned nappy hair but that does not mean they are full black by any means, those just happen to be the traits that they inherited from their ancestors.

And honestly, I don’t think that there needs to be an argument about race because it’s something so very controversial; something so difficult to understand.

And Nahla is a beautiful child.=)

These comments are so funny and typical of dumbass miseducated people that didnt pay attention in history or biology class…..NOT EVERYBODY… some people actually sound pretty intellegent, but for the ignorant racists that arent…especially people of any other race that knows absolutely nothing about black people or any other race that are mixed with black… unless you know the family background please dont assume….you sound DUMB!! :) But keep talking its entertaining
