Miley Cyrus is Pigtails Pretty

Miley Cyrus spots a friendly face during a day out and about with her family in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The 15-year-old Hannah Montana star was accompanied by her momager Tish, younger brother Braison and younger sister Noah.

The TV family attended early Sunday morning service church before heading to a nearby restaurant for lunch.
