Brad Pitt and Zee: Thumbs Up!
Brad Pitt and daughter Zahara Jolie-Pitt wave and give a thumb’s up as they arrive at Cannes airport in Cannes, France on Tuesday.
Zahara Marley is now 3 1/2 and has really grown up to be a cutie-patootie!
Last week the pair also spent some alone time together as they went to the museum together.
Looks like Brad and Angie are making an effort to give each kid some individual time with each parent. Should make them each feel special despite having a large family and 5 siblings running around the house!

So, somechick, are you trying to say the MIR project is Angelina’s? I always figured that was the case and Brad is just the front man getting all the cred.
i really miss angie, nothing new, same old same old,i am bored with troll and x talk,BBL
I also think all of the “angelina as PPD” stories are from Angelina’s camp getting y’all ready for the breakup. He’s seen all over the place and the whole time Angelina is possibly suffering from PPD ? He is not there for her ..that gives her a good excuse to Bounce.
I love her sly ways! she finally figured out that Brad is not worthy to lick her Lara Croft boots. Bbbounce.

HOW CAN THEY LIVE WITH THEMSELVES :?:
Actually, Somedude, it appears that since Brad’s MIR couldn’t sell any $150,000 high-maintainence homes to the poor in New Orleans that Angie just bought them up herself. I wonder what she paid for them? Or perhaps the Jolie-Pitt Foundation paid for it. I guess we’ll find out when they finally get up to date on their taxes.

ROTFLMAO at this idiot.
I can’t wait for tomorrow. Brad will be at TIFF tomorrow. I just love to see him. The most gorgeous man in the universe.
yeah, I think she realized putting him as the front man has not brought in as many donations as they were hoping for. Ya know, with Brad being Americas “golden boy” they thought more people would help out, but the truth is the “golden” **** is just a Hollywood fabrication…real folks don’t like Pitt and that is why he needs a large group of actors in his movies or he bombs. So she had to pay for all of the houses while he sits on his wallet.
Yep, it’s about time he gets the boot.
Some Chick @ 09/04/2008 at 4:27 pm
OMG YOU ARE STUPID.
Somedude @ 09/04/2008 at 4:53 pm
I HOPE YOU ARE SOME CHICK. THERE CAN’T BE TWO PEOPLE THIS STUPID CAN THERE BE??????
I see the trolls are trying to get the conversation off the Whiny one. Good try paid troll(s). I would watch the agreeing with yourself though. Your name may get flipped. It is a shame when you have to hire hens. Too funny.

When a pair of gym employees (Brad Pitt and Frances McDormand) stumble upon the memoirs of a CIA agent, hilarity ensues. At least, that’s what the trailer would have us believe. George Clooney, John Malkovich and Tilda Swinton add to the hijinks. (Sept. 5, 9:30 p.m., Roy Thomson Hall; Sept. 6, 11 a.m., Elgin.)
Too funny

Note to self: Do not consume any liquid before or during this screening. Why? Because it runs a gut-busting 4 hours and 22 minutes. Probably the most thorough biopic ever, director Steven Soderbergh’s look at the man behind the biggest T-shirt fad in history is sure to nab Benicio Del Toro a Best Actor nod. (Part 1: Sept. 9, 9 p.m., Elgin; Sept. 11, 2:30 p.m., Elgin. Part 2: Sept. 10, 9 p.m., Elgin; Sept. 12, 2:30 p.m., Elgin. In full Sept. 12, 9 a.m., Ryerson.)
Why are Jen’s fans suddenly nervous and scared.Whats going on.
Some Chick @ 09/04/2008 at 4:27 pm
Shitzy, if you’re going to keep on creating alter egos to agree with yourself, do it with a little more finesse, willya? Jesus Christ, you’re so damn transparent we can see through you ten miles away. Some Chick = Some Dude. Who did you think you were kidding? Surely not us. We know you inside out by now and believe me, it is one ugly sight.

No buzz on Whiny’s Movie unless she can stalk BP to his premiere where the Toronto Brangie fans will stamped over her. Look-out Whiny!!!!
Toronto’s casts of thousands
A film ferstival draws the big stars. Eddie Cockrell | September 04, 2008
BRAD Pitt will drop in, as will Bryan Brown. Hollywood veteran Jonathan Demme has a new film to show, the family drama Rachel Getting Married; so does Melbourne actor Matthew Newton, who will present his second feature behind the camera, Three Blind Mice.
If it’s early September, it must be the Toronto International Film Festival, one of the largest, most respected and tightly run movie bazaars in a world suddenly full of such events. The numbers are startling: 312 films from 64 countries; 249 features, with three-quarters of those billed world, international or North American premieres (this is an important distinction in the world of film festival bragging rights). Sixty-one are films from first-time directors, and Australia will be represented by six features.
In all, the festival is promising more than 500 filmmakers, writers and actors from across the world, on hand to present their work, answer audience questions, participate in gruelling press interview sessions and hobnob at exclusive parties.
Polling colleagues from across the world, one Toronto-based film journalist has concluded the five must-see movies, based on buzz, are Steven Soderbergh’s two-part revolutionary epic Che; Joel and Ethan Coen’s CIA satire with Pitt, Burn After Reading; Canadian Bruce McDonald’s zombie romp Pontypool; and Religulous, the documentary from Borat director Larry Charles, in which comedian-commentator Bill Maher traverses America in search of definitions of piety and faith.
Screenings run from 9am to well past midnight. Distributors and film critics will jostle for seats with the Canadian public.
Laurent Cantet’s high school drama The Class, which won the Palme d’Or at Cannes last May, was scheduled to play Toronto but was pulled when the film was selected as the opening-night gala by the New York festival, which opens later this month. Toronto also apparently lost Clint Eastwood’s Cannes favourite Changeling, starring Angelina Jolie, to New York’s demand for exclusivity.

Well Whiny and Paris Hilton will be there. Watch out Papa Pitt!!!
Ever since “American Beauty” broke out at the Toronto International Film Festival in 1999 and won the Oscar for best picture, many other ponies followed and went quite far in later derbies: “Crash,” “Capote,” “Sideways,” “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon,” etc.
Last year, four of the five best-picture nominees, including winner “No Country For Old Men,” played at the Toronto festival (the lone holdout — “There Will Be Blood”). However, this year the overwhelming majority of the flicks considered to be the best-pic front-runners aren’t here.
Here’s a list of the top M.I.O.A.s (Missing in Oscar Action) with their release dates: “Australia” (Nov. 26), “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” (Dec. 25), “Defiance” (Dec. 12), “Doubt” (Dec. 19), “Frost/Nixon” (Dec. 5), “Gran Torino” (December), “Milk” (Dec. 12), “The Reader” (December), “The Road” (Nov. 21), “Revolutionary Road” (Dec. 26), “Seven Pounds” (Dec. 19), “The Soloist” (Nov. 21), “W.” (Oct. 17). None of them played at Cannes, Venice or Telluride either.
oronto has its share of world premieres including “Appaloosa” from director/star Ed Harris, who launched “Pollock” here in 2000, and the sure to be controversial documentary “Religulous” with Bill Maher. However, Toronto missed out on Clint Eastwood’s “Changeling.” That Depression-era drama starring Angelina Jolie in a much talked about performance will be the centerpiece of the much smaller New York Film Festival at the end of the month.

De Niro exits ‘Edge of Darkness’
Actor leaves Martin Campbell-directed drama
By MICHAEL FLEMING
Robert De Niro has abruptly ankled “Edge of Darkness,” the Martin Campbell-directed drama that Graham King’s GK Films began shooting in Massachusetts on Aug. 18.
De Niro just arrived on the set this week.
“Sometimes things don’t work out, it’s called creative differences,” explained a spokesman for the actor.
De Niro had signed to play an operative sent to clean up the evidence in the murder of a young woman. Mel Gibson stars as the victim’s father, a homicide detective for the Boston Police Dept. who uncovers her secret life, a corporate cover-up and government collusion.
Danny Huston, Shawn Roberts and Bojana Novakovic also star.
The filmmakers plan to shoot around De Niro’s character’s scenes until they cast an actor to replace him.
Pic is based on a 1985 BBC miniseries that Campbell directed. William Monahan wrote the script. King, who financed the picture and received a SAG waiver to shoot it, is producing with Michael Wearing and the BBC.

You mean to tell me a “bloomberg type” blogger from Australia was sent to cover Gustav in New Orleans and he actually went. This all he could come up with was this story. Oh yeah, I totally believe his story.

Blame the super PR guy. Whiny is DESPERATE. You will never see Nicole Kidman or Uma this sad. Those women stand on their own and have talent. Whiny, nah. The girl invented coat tailing riding.
haha you go jen she rocks. She was invited at TIFF coz her movie is great. And I heard its funny, she can really act. jen was critically acclaimed with her acting in the good girl. How come you say she has no talent at all. and I wonder when brad and jen had this PLAN B all their movies are good even good BO. After she left it was a disaster. I think she really work well with plan b. Shes the source of intelligence behind the success of the departed. I think her echo film will going to be great!
