OlderBristol Palin Busted In Underage Drinking?
It was announced yesterday that Bristol Palin, the 17-year-old daughter of Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, is five-months pregnant. Now, pictures are surfacing on the Internet of the teenage girl supposedly drinking underage.
On top of all of that, The New York Post has identified the baby daddy as Levi Johnston (inset), Bristol’s high school sweetheart.
The teen hockey player’s personal MySpace page admits to him being ‘in a relationship’ but also states, “I don’t want kids.”
Levi continues to boast, “I’m a f - - -in’ redneck who likes to snowboard and ride dirt bikes. But I live to play hockey. I like to go camping and hang out with the boys, do some fishing, shoot some s- - - and just f - - -in’ chillin’ I guess.”
He even warns, “Ya f - - - with me I’ll kick [your] ass.”
UPDATE: Here’s the link to pictures of Bristol supposedly drinking. People claim the pictures are of Levi’s sister, taken two years ago. What do you think?

This women can even take care of her family, and she expects to be able to help run this country? I think that she should quit. Is true that she can control her daughter all the time but as a parent you should be able to not let your under age kid drink and educate her about safe sex. This women can not even control her daughter, I don’t trust her.
I guess I have to ask the question–what kind of parent (father or mother) would run for the VP or Presidential office when their teenage daughter was pregnant - knowing that the press/bloggers/posters would crucify that child.
Secondly, that person is running on a very conservative/family values platform. The Republicans have been among the first to criticize out-of-wedlock pregnancies in others.
Thirdly, the Palins sounded “happy” (If that is the word) that Bristol and whats his name are getting married. Holy Moly. I wouldn’t sound happy if my daughter was marrying a redneck M-F who didn’t want kids and seems as tho he is extremely immature. What kind of marriage will that be? What kind of home for that child?
I’m not criticizing the child for being pregnant, just the hypocrisy of Sarah Palin in touting family values, but she puts her child out there to be crucified on blogs, in the news media and my posters. I criticize Palin for preaching abstinence, for disallowing sex ed in schools, for saying abortion is never allowed even in cases of rape.
And I’ll be very surprised if she makes it thru the convention without resigning. This Troopergate thing is not going to go away. And I do not believe McCain vetted her very closely. Or else he would have most likely not chosen her with all of this hanging over her. Or he is as dumb as a plank.
I am so upset and angry because these same right wing chicken hawks was so down on Little Jamie Spears for getting pregnant and called her mother an unfit mother and how she was responsible for the child being so imoral. The same rightwingers blamed Hollywood for jamie Spears morality and wanted Disneyland to get rid of her because she was influencing their kids. Now these same people are bitching because the media is asking questions about their Vice Presidential nominees’s back just like the do everybody else. They made Britney and Jamie out to be such low life but the spears came together and they are much stronger. Britney and Jamie mother were not inches away from being President of the United States and not a person thats telling the world whats right or wrong.
Since he’s dragged the Palin daughter through themud, I’m looking forward to Jared posting reports of bad behavior from Joe Biden’s son the lobbyist.

Do you Democrat pigs want scandal? Joe Biden’s son is an illegal hedge-fund trader (odd..no blogs on that) , Al Gore’s kid is a felon/drunk driver (no blogs on that) , Barack Obama’s own brother subsists on a dollar a month in Kenya (no blogs on that) , Jimmy (the “alleged holocaust”) Carter and Democrap Senator Robert Byrd are klansmen (no blogs on that); then we can visit the Kennedys. You political zealots conveniently forget that the issues with Bristol Palin are common issues for parents who are frequently away from home due to career conflicts. I am a retired prosecutor, and I cannot tell you how many kids I saw who were the children of politicians, judges, doctors, lawyers and other professional parents who were frequently “not there”. Perhaps we should please you Democrats by passing laws forbidding women from having active careers or hold public office? Or maybe, because kids misbehave, we ought to just legalize everything and forget about having any aspirational moral code at all?
The last time I checked, her daughter wasn’t running for office, “I HATE KOOLAID”.

As a 17-year old female that goes to a public high school…I just wanted to say that no, not EVERY female teenager in America goes around getting pregnant and posting pictures of themselves drinking. It’s not hard to put some morals into your kids, and clearly Palin needs to reevaluate her parenting abilities before she tries to run a country.
Lyn, Britney and Jamie Lynn chose the public life of being a celebrity. This girl, who three days ago none of us had ever heard of, did not. She is NOT inches away from BEING the president of the United States (what?!?!?) any more than Chelsea Clinton or Barbara or Jenna Bush were. There is a big difference.
Did you see the father Levi’s myspace page before he made it private? Pictures of him in hockey gear, hugging on your girls while flipping off the camera and pictures of him and with Palin or his sister toting multiple guns (handguns to shotguns) and the following quotes..

I must follow up with a response to “Lyn” and her idiot references to “right wing chicken hawks”. First, I know many liberals who object to what the “Hollywood lifestyle” does to dehumanize and exploit young performers (including Jamie spears). Every conservative I know does not condemn ms. Spears but, rather, condemn the Hollywood system that takes a minor and turns her into a dehumanized sex-pump. Obviously, Lyn, you lack the adult intelligence to distinguish between the concepts. Ms. Spears is not a role model, she is a victim. There is a huge difference. Of course, lack of intelligence is one of the hallmarks of liberalism, so what could we expect.

As I said before, this is going to be a bumpy ride for Palin, her family, the father of the child and his family.
I don’t think some get the point. Most people aren’t bothered by a teenager getting pregnant or drinking per se, but when your MOTHER is running for VP on a platform of abstinence and family values, there is a higher expectation of her maintaining these values in her own family. Children make mistakes, but that won’t take away the belief of some that Palin is a hypocrite and a liar.
The other factor of this is, no matter how hard the Republicans try to down play this story and the one about Palin’s Ethic investigation, they are concerned and it is a distraction to their campaign. They do not need or want this distraction. As someone said on CNN this is why you choose someone like Biden who has been out there a long time and has been investigated top to bottom. To blame the Democrats as Republicans do with ALL the airing of their problems is silly. This is what news outlets and anyone who can blog does.. They search for things on both sides.
I don’t think the Republicans fully vetted Palin. Reports in the legitmate news is they are trying to find out additional information about the Ethics charge. They said they had fully vetted her to save face. How big a mistake is this? it’s huge. Those who are currently saying it doesn’t matter would be all of the family if she was a democrat. You can pretend to us you wouldn’t, but try not to kid yourselves.
This thing is going to become a bloody mess for the Republicans. Because believe me despite what they are saying publicly, privately they are saying “‘What the hell have we gotten ourselves into?.”
As for calling people hypocritical, I don’t think either party has a leg to stand on. Neither do some of the posters. Yeah, I’m talking about you who were downing Jamie Lynn Spears, but now says Palin kid is just being a teenager. They’re both just kids who weren’t taught how to make good decisions in their lives.
It’s no surprise, but it sure shows you what the republican party is all about, nothing but a bunch of hill-billy racists. Bush’s daughters were caught many times drinking underage, and now Palin. There is no-one left in the Republican party except for some Honkies.

And the girls in the pics still are shown holding bottles, but not actually drinking, who knows , they could be older.
WHOGIVESEGGS - the last I remember, Obama was raised in Indonesia and Hawaii. WTF is your point? He is also a Harvard educated man with minimal political experience and his main draw is rhetoric and articulate speeches. He and his wife bring in 6-7 figure incomes (um, not the norm the last I checked). What about that gives him the upperhand in relating to the average American any more than a working mother in Alaska?
As a woman, I’m a little insulted that Obama failed to even CONSIDER Hilary Clinton as his running mate; if he had, I truly believe that the election would be in the bag for him.
If they were the picture-perfect family, you would be calling them fake; bBecause they’re real, you are calling them trash - welcome to America, folks! Since Bristol would not be taking the office of Vice President, I don’t see where any of it matters.
And would somebody PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE show me a parent who has complete control over their teenagers? In this day and age, it’s really tough to blame the actions of any teen solely on the parents -unless, of course, they keep them isolated from anything to do with the real world. (But, then you would all be calling child welfare services!)
I won’t bother to pass along my political viewpoint to you all, but I will say that this lady is about as real as they come - warts and all, she is America.
All I can say is McCain must be really desperate if this is the best candidate he could select for VP.
He has proved that he is THE MAVERICK, but it appears to be a desperate move and not the best decision for his party or the country.
Pailin’s inexperience, some of her background (pregnant 17yo daughter; in favor of Alaska succession(sp) from the US; current investigation for influencing firing x-bil, questions about 5th prenancy), this is the buzz about McCain’s choice, just in the 2 days since the announcement.
I’m not surprised about the unfortunate under age drinking or shocked at an unplanned teen pregnancy.
What does shock me is for Sarah Palin to put her young under age, unwed daughter, the family, the baby daddy, his family, not to mention the unborn child, through this is not the best example of good parenting by Sarah Palin and her husband. Poor Bristol, poor baby.
Nor is it an example of good judgment by her or McCain.
Our country is in crisis, but we are distracted by this VP candidate.
WHAT WAS HE THINKING?!? Is it possible he thinks a teen pregenancy controversy is a good thing for the country with now?
We don’t have enough to consider for our country’s future without a debate involving a pregnant 17yo daughter of the VP to distract us?
