Miley’s half brother was born about 6 months from her by another woman still while Billy Ray Cyrus was married and not to Miley’s mom or her half brothers mom - but to another woman. Billy lived with his first wife during all of this in Ironton Ohio across the river from where he grew up.

I see they now go to church, but, whew, both her parents were not the best role models of their lives when they were in their late twenties and early thirties.
