Give me a f*cking break. I realize this is JJ’s site but I find it pathetic that he has to word things like this. I’ve always basically found him to be impartial and non-judgemental and it was one of the things that attracted me to this site. But now I realize this site is now nothing more than another Obama trained monkey ad and that is very very sad to me. I, for one , do not find anything inspirational in putting your kids to bed every nitght and reading them Harry Potter….I do that sh*t all the time! I do find it inspirational that Sarah Palin did not kill her fetus just because it was not perfect. And that she is supporting her pregnant teen daughter instead of kicking her a*s out of the house. I am soooo disappointed in this site right now. Even if JJ is for Obama he should be responsible and just encourage people to vote instead of jumping on the Hollywood bandwagon and printing stupid rumors about the other candidate and saying stuff like this inspirational bullsh*t.

I believe JJ’s comment about Obama’s cover may have been a reference to the magazine’s own words: “Barack’s Inspiration”.
If not so I would say he was simply trying to emphasize the fact that Palin’s cover is tending to “scandal” while Barack’s is appealing to “family man”, which is more inspirational than, as the magazine says in the cover: “Sarah Palin’s baby scandal”.
Now, if you prefer to get all bitchy about it… It is just pathetic.
I know Palin’s personal life has nothing to do with her capabilities as a politician, however I do believe that a woman that can’t even take care of her own daughter and make sure that the girl is at least taking pills or using preservatives is not apt to be a VP. McCain’s choice is just as pathetic as your unnecessarily angry comment.

Palin is a real woman with real problems we can relate to. If it were true that her daughter had Sarahs child the time frame is off since she’s five months pregnant, what else would you like me to point out for you? I’m ready for a woman to be VP, she’s more than deserving of this job. I don’t hear much of what Obama has done except promise people the world but exactly how does he plan to do that? He doesn’t know either. He is the least experienced man in the last 100 years running for president but he speaks well, lol. That means that Bush is more experienced and look where we are.

You think that if Obama’s daughters were older and one of them was pregnant people wouldn’t be making a big deal. There would be a double standard and you know it.

Wow, Republicans have got to be the biggest hypocrites in the world. I’m sorry, but a story about a loving father and his children is slightly more positive than a teenage girl becoming a mother. Why is there a double standard? The same people who rail against teenage pregnancy when they’re talking about girls in the inner city are now praising the Palins’ because their daughter is pregnant and she’s keeping the baby. What about values? Morals? Bad role model? You know the stuff you were saying about Jamie Lynn Spears? This party has decided what’s moral in this country for the last twenty years and they have taken aim at everyone and now that their candidate for VP is laded with all of this baggage, now everything is off limits and below the belt. But, I remember a few short weeks ago when these same blowhards were posting pictures of John Edwards’ love child. Isn’t she an innocent? Didn’t she deserve to be shielded from the prying eyes of the public? And please stop with the comparisons of Palin’s and Obama’s record. Obama has been a legislator for over 12 years on the state and national level. He has written countless pieces of legislation and has foreign policy experience. And oh yeah, he’s really, really smart. I really don’t understand the necessity of McCain supporters devaluing Obama’s lifetime of experience to highlight how qualified Palin is. I will take the smart guy who has worked hard and earned what he has rather than the guy who finished in the bottom 1% of his class and is only here because of his wife’s money.

Usually when a teenager gets pregnant someone asks about the parent’s role in the story. Sarah Palin doesn’t get a pass because she’s running for office.

All these people supporting Palin are not interested in her policies or what the Republican values are. They just want to see a white man win at all cost hence their personal attacks on Obama and all the name calling. Palin is the one who supported no sex education and no sex until your are married, Had she supported sex education or safe sex, she would have instilled this into her daughter and she would not be pregnant at 17. It is their party that labels everything black or white and allows no room for weakness because they see weakness or mistake as a sign of failure. They failed to understand that even if your world is perfect there is no gurantee on how your children will turn out. We are all fallible to mistakes and just because you are raised in a two parent family household does not guarantee your children will turn out better human beings than one raised by a single parent. If they didn’t preach pecfection so much people might feel for them more. Even as this incident unfolds, Palin is still planning on forcing her daughter and the young man to marry to maintain certain image they believe the society should live by regardless of how her daughter and this boy genuinely feels. Isn’t this false presentation of family life because common sense tells you it will not work in the long run but she is determined to maintain this false image. She intends to protect her VP position at the expense of her daughter’s happiness. What if this young man refuses to be dragged into a shot-gun wedding , what then? Has she really thought how this will impact on her daughter and the publicity that this will generate.

To all you Republican commentors applauding Palin for her strong stance and beliefs on ProLife and going through and “giving birth” to a baby with Down Syndrome, how do you explain her contradicting strong stance on war? Why would someone be a strong advocate for saving unborn babies but sends living people with loving families and thriving lives to die (for a pointless and selfish reasons) in war? What part of that makes sense? How can someone say they don’t want SexEd in schools but expect kids not to get pregnant? Obviously it didn’t work for HER or her DAUGHTER. I think other posters then calculated that she got pregnant when she was seventeen, and married Obama’s father after she conceived, because he was born a few months after they married. I didn’t pay too much attention, so I don’t have the dates. It’s what I read.
Palin’s daughter is going to do the same thing.

Clearly hunters don’t value the life of the animals they kill, and the fact is they find so much pleasure in the act of KILLING that they are willing to risk their own lives and the lives of others because some get over excited and trigger happy at the anticipation of killing their prey. Vice President **** Cheney shot his friend accidentally while hunting, and that is not enough of a concern to legislate laws against this sport? Hunting is a very dangerous sport! Hunters clean their rifles and hope they are careful enough not to accidentally kill their friends in their heightened state of excitement. I guess the anticipation of watching a beautiful Deer fall victim to their evil and twisted source of entertainment is just too much excitement to bear. Who does this? Well….the new running mate for VP on the Republican Ticket , Sarah Palin….life time proud member of the NRA and mother of five. I can only imagine the conversation with her children when she comes in all excited and proud of her kill….holds her children in her arms and says….look what mommy killed today….isn’t it pretty? GIVE ME A BREAK….now she is going to say…they were just looking for a change and that is why they fired him.
