John Patrick Amedori Joins ‘Gossip Girl’
There’s a new Gossip guy in town!
John Patrick Amedori has been cast as the new love interest for good girl Serena Van der Woodsen (Blake Lively), according to E!.
The 21-year-old actor will play an artist with a philanthropic side in the current second season.
In other casting news, Willa Holland, best known as Kaitlin Cooper on The O.C., snagged a multi-episode arc on the hit CW show. She’ll play bad girl Agnes, a 16-year-old model who meets Jenny Humphrey (Taylor Momsen) while working for Blair’s fashion designer mother.

I absolutely adore him! The pictures do him absolutely no justice.
John is without a doubt one of the most talented young actors out there today. I’m excited that he’s finally going to be getting the recognition he’s always deserved, though I can’t help but feel that he’s sold himself short with this one! He’s got so much more depth, variety and talent than the actors on Gossip Girl, but if it means seeing him on my TV screen once a week, I suppose I’ll deal with the artistic downgrade. John Patrick Amedori is a good lookin’ cat! His talent far exceeds this stupid show, but I hope it leads to helpful exposure…and a nice paycheck.
aaron is not vanessas brother though on this. i think hes hot. but i agree that they messed up on marcus. chuck is my fave on the show and hes not that dominant in the books

Yes, John Patrick Amedori is gay. That is why all my friends & I call him John ****** Amedori. We used to be obsessed, literally like 4 1/2 years, and he betrayed us all. I can’t believe I wasted like a fourth of my lifetime on him, he owes me at least $250 that I spent on him. Seriously…
