Piper Palin Fixes Brother Trig’s Hair
Piper Palin, the 7-year-old daughter of Republican vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin, licks her hand and applies a little spit shine to the soft head of younger brother Trig, 4 months.
The camera panned to Piper and Trig while Sarah gave her acceptance speech during the the Republican National Convention (RNC) at the Xcel Energy Center on Wednesday night in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Barack and Michelle sat down and a family interview then said that was a misake and and said they should leave their kids out of it.
And what did we get last week at the Democratic National Convention? After Michelle’s speech we got their daughters trotted up on stage to have a conversation with Daddy via Video. They are adorable girls don’t get me wrong that but was a calculated and manipulative move if there ever was one. Where is all the outrage about that.
This was just a cute moment that got caught on camera.
If its’ wrong for the Republicans to exploit the kids *and I agree that it is, although I don’t think that is the case here* then it’s every bit as wrong for the Democrats to do it.
Piper is adorable. I just love that clip with her baby brother. She has such stage presence for being only 7 years old.
Holy crap I nearly pissed myself when that child spit on the baby’s head. My boyfriend and I were watching the convention together, and we both went awww at the same time when she was rubbing his head. Then she goes to apply the spindle shine and the aww’s turned to ewww’s very quickly. That was a knee slapper I was nearly in tears. They were passing that baby Trig around like a hot potato.
Ew, but that’s kinda gross lmao.
What if you were a baby and you got a load of spit on your head?
Palin should stop using her family to get more votes.

its sweet that piper was trying to fix trig’s hair, but thats not very good hygiene. i also think that someone shouldve been watching over piper & trig because its not exactly safe to have a young child hold an infant.
im voting obama-biden. i think palin is unstable & i dont understand why mccain chose her after only meeting her once. the inexperience factor that mccain had been throwing at obama now applies to palin, so he’s contradicting himself in a way.

You might be a Redneck if you lick your hand and apply the spit to a babies’ hair. This is gross. I’m just thinking of people kissing that baby’s head when dried spit is all over it. ewwwwwwww!
However it confirms my belief that Palin will be able to fulfilled her duties as VP if elected because she will leave the care of her down syndrome baby to her 17 year old and her 7 year old. Wonder how Bristol will feel about having 2 babies to raise. They already look like that’s been their job since Trig was born. Who says you have to be a good mom in order to be a VP?
Was such a sweet unscripted moment during her mom’s speech. Loved the look of love on her face. That baby is going to be loved and treasured by so many people!!
