I must confess, I never paid any attention to her before her split from Brad Pitt, and then the Vanity Fair interview happened. After reading the interview, I thought, what a cold, conniving, manipulative woman. I would have had more respect for her as a woman if she had come out and said “Brad cheated on me”, but NO, in that passive aggressive behavior of hers, she tells us she will always love Brad but unleashes her friends to do the attack, and allowed the interviewer to bash Brad’s new woman and her young children. If there was ever any chance of me feeling any pity for her, that dissipated right there.

The Vanity Fair interview gave birth to the pity party and the never ending triangle that has become a cottage industry for the tabloids. “Poor Jen”, dumped by “the cad” for the “homewrecker” Jolie, every woman that has ever been dumped now had a figure to unleash their hurt feelings. Brad Pitt became that guy that dumped them or cheated on them, even though Brad has never had any reputation of ever having cheated on a partner, and his ex-girlfriends have always said he was the perfect gentleman.

Whenever I read articles saying how Jennifer handled her divorce with class, I am amused to no end. Is making a career out of your divorce classy? Nicole Kidman handled her divorce with class, even publicly wished her ex-husband well at the birth of his daughter, but Jennifer was too bitter to show that kind of class, because she doesn’t have it.

The media has to a large extent become enablers for this girl-woman. They never hold her accountable for her behaviors, they seem to be beholden to her Publicist and of course, it sells to continue feeding the public the girl next door image, though I don’t know how many people could afford a $1om dollars home let alone live next door to her. I am still laughing at how the same media was played by the “American sweetheart” constantly telling them that a baby is on the way even as she signs up for seven movies while her marriage disintegrates around her. This is a woman who chose movie stardom over a family life, nothing wrong with the choice, but be clear about your choices and own your life’s decision instead of blaming it on someone else.

I am tired of the media treating this woman with kid gloves and glossing over her mistakes. She is never responsible for any of her actions, not in her personal or professional life and yet I am supposed to feel sorry for her because she lied to her husband about having a family that she never wanted, and when he wised up to her deceit, he high tailed it out of there. This is a woman with a manufactured public personae and that is why she looks scared to death in most of her pictures. She looks like a woman who is afraid her real life will catch up with her and she will be exposed for the fraud that she is. That must be the biggest price she has to pay for fame, knowing she has to live a lie. Some public people would rather be hated for who they are than to be loved for who they are not, and those people have my utmost respect because they live honestly.

Jennifer worked so hard to get my pity even as she exploited her breakup for career advancement. I adore strong women who live their lives boldly and honestly and make no apologies for their choices. The poor Jen shtick has worn thin. She is still working that pity party the way that only she can, I am almost certain that she doesn’t miss her marriage, but misses the opportunities that being Mrs Pitt accorded her, and she will continue ride his coattail for as long as it serves her well.

There is something ironic about the media appointed “American Sweetheart”, they always end up imploding. Who can forget how the media treated Christina Aguilera very harshly while selling Britney as the wholesome virgin, time has a way of exposing the truth, between Christina and Britney, who is looking wholesome right now? So I do have faith that after all the PR orchestrated new relationships, Jennifer might still redeem herself by owning up to her life and telling the truth, and then maybe she could stop looking like a woman who is afraid of her skeleton filled closet being exposed to the world, Christina is certainly having the last laugh over the media crafted image of Britney, the real Britney emerged, just that it took a bit long. The real Jennifer will be exposed, it just might take a bit too long.

Jared, there is no mention of Aniston and her movie in hardly any of the Canadian media having to do with this festival, not in film guides, or newspapers — apparently as far as they’re concerned, hers is NOT a film to see, or promote their festival with.

I hope she and her PR get exposed and soon.

Brad has left for a few days total in the last 2 weeks, and the twins are now 7 weeks old. Brad did not leave his family at all until the twins were amost 6 weeks old. Brad has had some of his kids with him on each short trip for one on one time with his kids. Brad’s parents, Grammy and Papa, are there with angie and the kids when he is gone for WORK. Other people, especially fathers, are so lucky if they get a few days off in total with a new child.

BRAD IS SHOWN LEAVING ON A LONG FLIGHT TODAY, WILL WORK TONITE, THEN HOP A FLIGHT BACK HOME TO ANGIE AND THEIR KIDS.

THE SIX MUCH LOVED LITTLE JOLIE-PITTS HAVE BOTH A FATHER AND A MOTHER.

I think you are missing the point. No one cares if X meets up with Brad. What we hate is X and her people use Brad and Angelina’s name to hype her film. Very few people would know that X had a film at TIFF except for the fact that people like Jared keep bringing up her name when writing about Brad. If less people know that X movie does not have distribution. This is because it does not fit with the PR X wants.

X has had that body, hair but she has a new face. Yet men still leave her. Why would Brad want that same person who he left in the first place back. X wants to keep her name attached to Brads. Why do you think she never corrects tab stories about her and Brad but does about everyone else.

X wish she would have as supportive a man as Brad. Sadly she will have to date more rotten eggs that will compliment her as they are dumping her.

You’ve been reading the tabloid news haven’t you? They just want drama to sell their covers.

At the time Brad Pitt is doing the Red Carpet in Toronto Jeniffer Aniston is doing the “Stand Up To Cancer”. Unless she decides to skip the event and go stalk Brad, there is no chance that they even be on town at the same time.

Like someone else said, I live in Canada and nowhere on Canadian entertainment TV when the TIFF is mentioned (and there is TONS, TONS of coverage in all papers, mags, shows, ect.), does it mention the JA angle, them meeting, the whole stirring of the tabloit pot to generate sales. This is a US tabloid selling thing! Actually in Canada they have barely mentioned the movie Management (it doesn”t have a distributor apparently either). Toronto LOVES Brad Pitt and we don’t bash him here (then again, we are a kind nation). Many here still think of JA as “Brad Pitt’s X wife” (she’s more known for that these days than her acting!!!!) or that “girl from Friends”. She’s just not interesting enough otherwise.

You do describe a Saggitarrius man very well!! My brother is one, my best male friend and my male boss. It’s true with my boss, he won’t say boo if an employee is late or whatever time and time again, but one day, poof, someone is fired because they made the mistake of thinking the boss is easygoing, but they do have lots of strength but their happy exterior doesn’t show that. And my brother never left a relationship on bad terms, talks to a few of his past girlfriends, even though he is married and his wife knows that is just the way he is, nice and friendly with everybody even a past love and you are right, it’s because they just move on. I see all these charasterics in Brad and from what other celebs say about him.

What part don’t you get #74, there is no ‘place,’ to have a ‘run-in.’ Aniston is not stupid enough to get dissed publicly again by crashing something she’s not invited to, two days before her own movie screens somewhere else, nor is she that brave.

She never loved Brad the real person and ignored his needs while he supported hers, she wanted Brad the movie star in her life so some of his aura would rub off on her like it did. She does not love herself so she can’t love anyone else but her dogs.

Notice how few pixs anymore of her with anyone but the dogs, not CCox or her supposely other friends. The whole JohnMayer PR setup has caused her friends to hide from her. So now she is back on TV where she should stay. But have no fear she will be back in one lame movie after another if she has to spend every $$ her Friends reruns bring in.

So does anyone have any clue as to why Angelina is not promoting the Changeling as much as she has other movies in the past? I just read that the Changeling is not at TIFF because Angelina didn’t want to go, k john malcovich will be presenting the film @ some other movie fest., and now the word in New York is Angelina is not confirmed for the new york film festival.

What is up with the woman? I just saw Gwen Stefani out and about and no Angelina? I think she might just be tired of it all? what do you think?

don’t worry. Angie will be in NY and later on L.A’s premiere of Changeling. She is tired of course since she has 6 kids but this doesn’t have anything with her not being out and about. their home in so big they don’t need to go out at all. She probably sneak out sometime but with heli so no one sees her. she already started her promotion,remember W photoshoot.it is for Changeling,this is why kids are included,remember Angie told during the film she remembered her relationship with her kids specially Maddox.

Jayssooos u guys make me laugh. I had a c-section 3 weeks ago thurs and just am managing to hobble around now after delivering ONE BABY I also have a 2yr old. SO I can only imagine going through TWO c-sections within 2 yrs having kids to spend time with and mending your bod! Its hard ..i have been on the couch since i came hme and if i were famous pple wld think my marriage was in trouble. I cant even imagine going out to do laundry much less for work. Her babies are 7 weeks old and no amt of nannies , bodyguards etc will make your internal wound (s) heal faster. GIVE THE WOMAN a break!
ps as for Maniston…ah well i was hoping that by now she and her legions of fans wldve realised that its over no one likes re-runs…shame

Actually I don’t read the tabloids, I just assumed they would be in the same place since JJ mentioned them both on this same thread. So why all the fuss if they are not even in the same place at the same time!

She didn’t want to go to TIFF and that is why the changeling is not playing there, John M IS presenting the film at a different festival, and she is not confirmed for NEW YORK. If being stupid were a crime you’d be doing life. Let me be silly here for a sec and point out the obvious - BRAD AND X BOTH LIVE IN L.A.! HELLO! He could have “accidentally” run into her at any point in the last 3 1/2 years and didn’t. To put it into even clearer perspective - after the divorce they lived 12 miles apart in Malibu! Mainly because X was stalking Brad and when she found out he bought a house in Malibu she found a house TO RENT, NOT BUY, BUT RENT as close to his as she dared. For much of the last 2 years, when at their Los Feliz home in the Hollywood Hills they were again no more than 10 or 12 miles from X…because she, too, has a home in the Hollywood Hills…whch she was renting to Sasha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher, but she kicked them out when Brad kicked her to the curb! They had a better chance of running into each other at the local whole foods store than at the TIFF!

The Coen Brothers were scheduled to shoot Burn After Reading before No Country for Old Men but attempting to bring together a cast of this magnitude requires some shuffling. When it all comes together though, the result is extraordinary.

Osborne (John Malkovich) was a C.l.A. analyst until he quit after what he felt was an unfair demotion. Larry (George Clooney) is a U.S. Marshall and married philanderer who is sleeping with Osborne’s wife (Tilda Swinton). He is also dating Linda (Frances McDormand), who along with her can-do best friend Chad (Brad Pitt) is blackmailing Osborne over some “sensitive” information found in the locker room at Hardbodies Fitness Center, where they work.

On the surface this sounds like it could be a political drama but when all the characters are blunderers it tends to go in a different direction. Designers faced a difficult task in making two of People’s sexiest men alive into less attractive fools. For Clooney, it’s thoroughly achieved via a gold chain and high-wasted pants; Pitt has terribly bleached hair and is always bouncing to the beat of an iPod.

While many of the characters’ actions seem ridiculous, they actually have typical worries that plague the middle-aged - they’re just slightly more exaggerated than most people’s experiences.

The Coen Brothers have had their fair share of hits and misses over the years but this one is sure to be a winner. They wrote each part specifically for each actor and the players really step up to the challenge. Fortunately, they are all very strong and competent actors so no one overshadows anyone else. Nonetheless, JK Simmons has some of the best lines in the film as a C.I.A. superior.

Was there a press conference with the other actors? Or because Brad and George weren’t there there wasn’t any??

Angelina has now been with Brad longer than either of her 2 marriages lasted, she has someone in her life who is the man for her. Most of the stories written about Angelina have to do with her adopting internationally and having a lot of children. The tabloids also mined her history of being associated romantically with her costars. And given the tough/ badass image she cultivated in her action films, tabloids project into how she relates to her significant others.

These and other aspects of Angelina’s past have been mined and recycled in the tabloids. All of these aspects occurred before Brad. While any adversities/trials Angelina endured may have aided in her maturity, I don’t see dumbasses like you wishing that none of these things ever happened to her.

Thats not true about promoting your movie being in your contract, GC is the star of BAR, but he’s not in toronto, lets not fan walk here, no studio can force you to do the RC

Watched “Stand up to Cancer” and my pity for Aniston has increased. She was lifeless, she couldn’t read right, her eyes were dull, her lips were somewhat funny esp the upper one, it wasn’t moving.

Just a few months ago rameypix try to star one story with Angelina. With those pics of her giving a kiss in the cheek (but with the agle looked like they were going to kiss in the lipe) at the EW reporter in Cannes.
