OlderBeyonce - Fashion Rocks 2008
Beyonce walks the red carpet and later performs on stage at the Conde Nast Media Group’s 2008 Fashion Rocks at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Friday.
Beyonce, 27, was also seen leaving rehearsals for Fashion Rocks at Rockefeller Center in New York City on Thursday.
Fashion Rocks is hosted by Dennis Leary this year with performances by other big artists such as Miley Cyrus, Rihanna and Justin Timberlake.
In case you missed it, Fashion Rocks has created an online charity auction to benefit Stand Up To Cancer - a new initiative designed to raise philanthropic dollars for ground-breaking cancer research. Visit Ebay.com and Stand Up to Cancer! The auction will be live from Sept. 5 -15.

For those who didn’t read through the comments, she is indeed channeling Etta James in this performance. She sang “At Last”, and Etta was in the audience for the performance. There are other pictures of Beyonce standing in the front of Etta, at the end of the performance.
For those of you who have been too busy going down on your boss to know- Beyonce’ is playing Etta James in Cadillac Records- the wig (which i think is very risque and nice change to Beyonce’) was a way of tributing Etta.

Beyonce is a very talented singer and no one can take that away from her. On the other hand she should forget about her acting and that clothing line.
