Taylor Momsen - Fashion Rocks 2008
Gossip Girl starlet Taylor Momsen (aka Jenny Humphrey) rocks out a thigh-high dress and new bangs at Conde Nast Media Group’s 2008 Fashion Rocks at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Friday.
The 15-year-old actress was later seen outside the Fashion Rocks afterparty at the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan on Friday.
Taylor also took the stage with designer Max Azria during the event.

OMG!!!!!! She looks awful!!!! I luv Taylor but i think shes trying to look older than she is, i wish she grew her hair back & started wearing dresses more appropiate for her. That dress is wayyyyyyyyy too short!!!!!!
She is way to skinny and a horrible role model for young girls her age or even younger. And she is way to sexed up for her age. Where are her parents? Would you send your child out like this? Would you want your child to be a sex symbol at only 15 years old? This is horrible. I know she is a wonderful girl but it looks like she´s been exploited by the industry. I hope she has good people around her that can help her get out of it.

2) She used to be a model, let her rock her model look, because if she was on a runway no one will ever say anything about her outfit

i like the dress , hate the make - up .
though i actually like this look it kind of works,…id take off the bracelets its soo much. i think her hair cut is awesome even though it is bangles-ish.
i hope it is not an all the time thing. i think this girl is soooo pretty on and off the show and she looks great more natural. this edgy look is too harsh..going foir that bad girl thing is fine but so is acting your age..hopefully she will tone down the style a little day to day and at other events…..rihanna pulls it off all the time i dont know is she will be as lucky.

Oh my gosh, it took me awhile to realize that it was her! She so does not look like herself. But I do like the bangs and the make-up is a bit much?
First of all- SHE IS DRUGGED UP. Second of all, the old pedophile standing with her should have his ass kicked. He looks like he’s showing a horse and has no regard for that poor kid. She will be burned out before long and the breeders and trainers will have some other little girl parading about and making them $$.
I guess dressing like a streetwalker can come in handy when you don’t have a driver’s license yet…

wow! gossip girl really has changed her! where did that used to be 14 year old that i loved as an actor n was gorgeous go? she does not look her age
with her complection and hair color she doesn’t have the smokey eyed glam look she has a raccooned herion gutter junkie look, she would look better if either the makeup was lighter or the dress was longer and maybe instead of strapless it was a halter. both the eyes and lack there of dress don’t look good on her!
