Halle Berry and boyfriend Gabriel Aubry take their 5-month-old daughter Nahla Aubry on a walk around Manhattan on Monday.

The 42-year-old actress also attended the 40th Anniversary of Calvin Klein, Inc. at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2009 in New York City on Sunday.
Halle wore a form-fitting Calvin Klein Resort 2009 dress to the event.

Funny how no one is accusing Halley of pimping her baby. She has had the baby out all the time, knowing that pictures are going to be taken. I thought she did not want her child in the mags. Well here she is. Yes, she is a very cute baby. I just think the criticism should be fair to all celebs. Don’t just pick on a select few. She is lucky that she is able to walk down the streets without 100 paps being in her face and scaring her baby. She should not make comments about other celebs who do not have the freedom of movement that she does. You have to walk in the footsteps of other to know how that kind of photo hunting can change your life.

Fox News and all other media told everyone that People and Hello paid the money for the family pixs directly to the Jolie-Pitt Foundation you lying bit*h, not to Brad and Angie. Any tax deduction will be received by People and Hello corporations if there is any for Hello as it is a UK entity. Neither Brad nor Angie will get any tax deduction as the funds were not paid to them. The JP Foundation is regulated by the IRS, the money must be spendt on charity and tax returns filed. The JP Foundation is managed by a very reputable corporation that manages other foundations. People I know work at the IRS and they keep a close eye on charitable foundations. Brad and Angie never announce their charitable donations, the receiving charities practice is usually to announce donations in order to attract other funding.
There is no excuse for your lies, none whatsoever.
That said, Halle and family look great, the baby is a cutie.

So parents who have pixs taken of their babies in ads and movies and get paid for those pixs are selling their babies souls?

I am a big fan of Halley’s. I think the baby is so cute, I just think that the comments made in defence of her could apply to others as well… Yes her baby needs fresh air, yes she has the right to take her baby out.. Yes she is just living her life. So are other celebs. Just because you sell the first pics of your child, does not diminish your right to privacy. I just wish that other celebs like Halley, Nicole K. and Jen G. would not make statements that fuel the negativity associated with selling baby pictures. There are so many celebs who have done so, yet the main attack is centered on just a few. I think that selling the pictures are the parents choice. I the money can be used to help others in great need, why not? The interest in the above mentioned celeb babies were not that high. That could have been a deciding factor. We will never know. I find it absolutely arrogant all of you with your PC ! You are not the ones with no food on your mouth for three days in a row. You are not the ones who are sleeping on dirty stony and muddy grounds and have no access to clear water, you are not the ones fighting extreme fever from a malaria crisis !
Have you seen an african cemetery full of little graves at 80 % with pictures of lovely children ? Do you know that most african family looses at least one child during the first 3 years of his/her life ? Did you ever hold a child of less than 2 years who dies in your own arms because of a malaria crisis ? I have and it still gives me chill on my spine, knowing that it only needed 1 dollar to save his life !
My boyfriend worked 10 years with GSK international in London and was a very high scientific there. He was working on affordable malaria cure and used to tell me all the business and policy around that stuff. Do you know that Worldly Health Organization works with money who comes mainly from the Bill Gates foundation, hence the american governement influences where and when money should be spent… and to a lesser extent to all those foundations like the JP’s which through their donations contribute to the vaccination of many children in african countries. Do you know that with less than a dollar you can by the dose that will save one child against the number one killer : malaria ? The money from the twins could have used to vaccinate children in three african countries alone, if given in its all !

So now, she didnt sell the pics and her baby is still on every gossip website and tabloid mag. It makes no sense. I saw these same pictures on Mediatakeout.com and in the first photo they show Halle and Gabriel coming out of some kind of store or building and neither one of them is holding the baby. In the next photo Gabriel is holding the baby. I guess when they saw the cameras Gabriel and Halle thought it would look better if Gabriel were holding the baby instead of the nanny. Which explains why in my opinion he does not look comfortable holding the baby, and there just does not seem to be any chemistry between Halle and her man not like it was their first six months as a couple, back then when you saw them they were always smiling and holding hands,now they hardly ever touch each other (hold hands) or smile in public.

Tyme…thought the same thing as well as several of my friends. Looks like another one of Halle’s publicity stunts to make things look good for her/them. Oh please ya’ll…don’t see what the big deal is of the pix, whether they were stagged or not or just an event photo op. Still doesn’t mean anything other than they’re shown out and at an event together. While Halle may have been at the CK 40th Anniversary to support Aubry or was part of the main attraction like at his restaurant opening, so what. Who knows she may have gotten some perks out of the event (besides Aubry).
