Lauren Conrad keeps close to younger brother Brandon at The Lauren Conrad “Homecoming Fashion Show” at Irvine Spectrum Center on Monday in Los Angeles. Her parents Jim and Kathy as well as BFF Lauren “Lo” Bosworth were also present.
The Hills star, an Orange County native, celebrated her triumphant return home, kicking off the first-ever Style Week Orange County with the unveiling of her holiday collection.
“It was so exciting to debut my latest collection so close to where I grew up. And to have so many members of my family here supporting me was really special,” Lauren said after the show. “I’m honored to kick off the first-ever Style Week Orange County. Orange County features many stylish and sophisticated people who share my passion for the latest trends and fashions, and Irvine Spectrum Center is an outstanding venue and fashion destination.”
And when asked if there is going to be a Lauren Conrad shoe collection in the future, she said, “I’ve been thinking about it! I don’t know if I would be good at it though! If I did shoes, I don’t know how well I would do.”
If you want to meet Lauren, stop by the Bloomingdales in New York City at 59th St. on Wed. Sept. 10th (today!) from 6pm to 8pm!

ok, im a HUGE lauren conrad fan. but the thing that REALLY pisses me off is the cost of her clothes! the reason she has a line is becaushe she has so many fans from mtv and is so well known, and then goes a makes a line thats ridiculously expensive! like how many of her fans want to spend $300 dollars on a dress when you can buy one that looks exactly the same on Forever 21? it just seems like a slap in the face to her fans(like me) who really like some of the things but would never pay that much for something, especially something designed by a reality tv star! she seriously needs to chop the price by atleast 50%! no wonder its not selling well…
anndd now onto LO. wtf is she wearing? ick. being a b!tch is taking a toll on her looks.
oh and Lauren DEFINATLEY got all the looks in her family! lol her brother…hmmm…maybe he will get better with age and her sister is pretty unfortunate looking if anyone remembers her from season 3 of laguna beach.

I was there, there too many people there, everybody was trying to take pictures with her, I couldn’t even see her so I left.
lauren grew up with millions and millions of dollars and credit cards galore at her fingertips. I dont think she realizes that most ppl dont have the kind of money she thinks ppl will spend on her overly priced clothes!
and even if they do, chances are they wont anywayz because none of her stuff is that great…I could find it at any mall.

i wanted to buy a skirt that she had worn that I like love and so i went onto her site and its just like a mini high waisted skirt, not much to it, and it was like 200 dollars! i was like huh??? cuz since when do celeb lines charge that much! she should do what the olsen twins did and start with really affordable stuff and slowly move into high end things.

LC doesn’t look much different than her brother and sister she has just bleached her hair. There is a picture of LC in high school with brown hair and she looks exactly like her brother and sister.

Irvine Spectrum is in Irvine, Ca which is in South Orange County that is why it would be a homecoming for LC, because Irvine is 10 mins from Laguna Beach…
30-umm her dresses are waaayy more expensive than that. have you been to bloomingdales and see her in store stuff. its disgusting how much it all is. there was a dress for 450 dollars. and all it was, was an off the shoulder plain blue dress.

I wish they would sometimes appear on The Hills-I am really amazed at how famous Lauren has become-seriously in like 50 years from now we will be telling our grandchildren how there was this girl who starred on a dumb reality show that EVERYONE could not get enough of-I don’t even know why I watch The Hills-its kinda corny…but for some reason I…just…LOVE it! its my guilty pleasure-but I don’t care cause its entertaining and fun to watch.
