Yes, I agree. She looked good in Bend it like Beckham. She was still slim then, but not bony. Her current physique is wayyyyy past the point of ‘natural thinness’ (though as I commented earlier, that concept itself is dubious. Genetics can determine where you store fat in your body (e.g being ‘pear shaped’) but not your slimness/fatness/weight itself) Keira’s physique could only be the result of calorie restriction (dieting). Whether she has an eating disorder or not is another question. But most certainly, to claim that she has this physique without dieting/calorie control (whatever form this takes) would be a lie.
