Sure there are “facts and details”. There are dates, photographs, interviews and messages written by MK herself. The difference lies in the interpretation. I see one side offering detailed commentary on what they see in those facts and details and another side taking offense at mentions of “intelligence” or “truth” and then retaliating with insults, thereby reinforcing the first side’s opinions because they don’t see any detailed commentary on those differing interpretations. No one needs to offer facts for their opinions, but a position looks weaker when a response is to hurl insults rather than stating the reasons behind the opinion.

I didn’t say anyone knows any “truth” based on their opinion, simply that when those who are offended by what they percieve as being called less intelligent because of their opinion can only offer insults as a reply, they don’t present themselves as being intelligent, they weaken any argument they have against that position and they reinforce the others’ opinions. If they had an intelligent argument against it, they wouldn’t be whinging about it all here.

I know you really want to hold your ground, and I am going to extend you that in fairness of discussion. Many times however, many posters have pointed out many times where people who post at other places (or here with a distaste for Kerr) are called crazy, obsessed, idiots and much more….and you actually are one of the worst offenders in that regard! Dont claim to not call people names because believe me, I’m in just that kind of mood to go back and gather up post after post of yours where you have. You can claim to be someone else, but your posting mannerisms are rather unique so I dont think you can use that one to get out of being accused of slinging the name calling.

You also mention that nobody knows Miranda. How do you know that? Ones who have claimed to know her and said so get instantly discredited and called insane and obsessed (unless of course they have some GOOD inside info), and then there is a VERY LARGE GROUP of fans, or former fans of Orlandos that are coming up on a year and a half now of seeing pictures, interviews, quotes, posts on these boards,…..quite a few sources where Miranda has taken opportunity for people, whether they love her or despise her, to read, hear, see and process in their own way what she wants them to see. She has even recently, as you mentioned, taken interviewers to her dead boyfriends house. Whatever her intentions for these things she says and does are, people are free to interpret them as they see fit. If she didnt want it out there, nobody is holding a gun to her head to have to expose such things. Some see it as endearing and sweet, and others see it as just one, of a very many, ploys to gather more attention to herself, and in retrospect of other times she sticks her foot in her mouth, damage control.

Whos wrong? Whos right? As a few in the 70’s posts on this thread have pointed out, its up to interpretation, and with that, we come to the boards to hopefully discuss it, but as is proven as well, battle it out. We may not hang with Miranda on a daily basis, but she puts the info out there and as far as I know there are no dictatorships forbidding people from interpreting it the way they know best. THAT is the risk she takes as a public person giving interviews, and that also (whether she wants it to or not) leaves room for people to come to some amount of certainty of what kind of person she is.

Inconsistency causes suspicion, and many of Orlandos fans early on really did want her to turn out to be a great person for him to hook up with. But, as much as people would want to sell a certain image to the public, the skeletons will always come out. Light….I like your theory on karma. I will write that one down.

I completely agree VSW (and others) that short outbursts and name calling is just saying that there is no other source to back up the arguement, even if you feel strongly about it. For the sake of intelligent conversation, everyone should take debate class as a requirement in high school….learn the tools of discussion, whether in agreement or not. Many times on threads here at JJ I have asked for people to show me something spectacular about Miranda that wasnt self-serving. Nobody came back with anything. Why should I admire her….because her eyes are blue and her teeth are straight? Those are just physical qualities that will fade rapidly one day. What I see from Kerr are inconsistencies all over the place. She uses inuendos, blank stares, ho-hums, out and out lies that get called out eventually, to communicate to the public. I realize she is a model and therefore isnt required to be a rocket scientist, but peoples opinions are being formed by what SHE HERSELF portrays. I perceive her to be very self serving and for all I know about Bloom, I cant even fathom why he hangs out with her. I know it happens all the time where good guys date complete empty barbies, but I thought he was not one of them.

Thats a QUOTE from the hometown article. She either needs to sue the DT for misquoting her, or really needs to stop presuming that everyone from world leaders like Gorbachev to her dead boyfriends father all want to **** her. Again, more admirable quotes and traits to add to the collection.

I do believe the posters at Delphi are couteous and this is based on my experience, While many of the posters there do have the same point of view there are different opinons about many things, Such disagreements are handled with mutual respecct. I suppose you are talking about the ire that Mayfran created, Everyone including myself was willing to listen to her and while we didn’t agree she was allowed to post and the posts in return, for the most part, were done with tolerance. It was only when she found every where she could on the web to call us names that I began to believe her position about not
wanting a fight was disingenous.

As far as the dead boyfriend, you have every right to see it your way. If it was me, I would be appalled at any suggestion that I discuss that relationship or have a photo shoot where I would KNOW the topic would be brought up. I was taught not to use others heartbreak, or even mine own to garner sympathy points with others. That is my take on it, and I bet some would agree. I guess we will have to disagree on that point. Two different opinions, in my case I accept your viewpoint, even if I am not of the same mind.

When did she say that Gorbachev was “drooling”? The tabloid reporter is the one that said that, not her, so how can you say that SHE made the presumption. It’s like when people accuse her of referring to herself as a supermodel. She has never said that. In fact, she refutes it. The reporters, show hosts, editors and other media people are the ones that use that term, NOT her. She doesn’t write the articles or the copy for the broadcasters. How can you blame her for things that others say or print?
And as to why she “singled out Mr. Middlebrook”, well, maybe because he was standing there and she is comfortable enough with him to make the joke. He even displayed a bit of wit when he came back and asked her where she got the outfit (during a shoot for David Jones, mind you).
And I see that singing a line from a Justin Timberlake song is ‘evol’ now, too. Maybe she was singing it while giggling and goofing around backstage during a show where Justin Timberlake is actually making an appearance? How many guys do you know that jokingly sang the song ‘I’m Too Sexy (for my shirt)’ when that came out? Were they all serious then, too? If anyone showed their true colors during that bit, it was Adriana. They showed her asking (begging) in a little girl voice to walk out holding Justin’s hand. She even threw in a pout for Christ’s sake. She wanted to be highlighted by being next to Justin. She was trying to be the center of attention, but you evidently feel that Miranda was the egotistical one that night. It’s all in what we want to see, I guess.

So….once again, as has happened many times before at this place, my comment in response to 87, 88, and 89 is “awaiting moderation” which means JJ doesnt like me diminishing the shine of “their girl” some more, so whatever JJ….put it up, dont put it up…dont care. To sum it up it was basically, no blue girl, not jealous, but see you are still using that same argument because you cant give me any real reasons I should be impressed with Kerr.

Other person, sum up there is no not sad or delusional, just seen far too many reasons with Kerr to not be impressed. I also said that if she is going to retire from modeling she should go back to school and get an education and a job that maybe doesnt require her to be all but naked all the time. That will impress me. I dont think that is harsh or obsessive.

This is a gossip board, with an invitation for comments. I haven’t seen anyone supposing that they know the people involved, just specualting and well, gossiping. If you want defnite facts, this surely is not the place to find it. I am having fun by speculating from what I have seen. It isn’t hurting anyone, I doubt either party is that into reading it, although I must say I wouldn’t put it past Miranda, imo she seems to love all publicity. However, if you arent’ into gossip and speculation, you might want to pursue other avenues of expressing you views. Maybe you should move to LA or wherever the “happy” couple is and strike up an aquanitence, dig deep and find the truth. As for me I like to just read what is out there and make up my mind according to the persons involved words and deeds. But then I have a life, and this is just a part of it. Free entertainment, nothing to get so het up about.

Considering that Brandon Davis is just one of the large # who have f*cked her, Orlando needs full body latex followed by a Silkwood shower to protect from everything she’s carrying.

I completely agree with Linda and what she said at post #87, you should all read what she said, which is right!! and stop this, please!
Is it too much to respect every body’s opinion.. “haters” or “lovers” ?? look at the pics if you want, but if you can´t stand them together don´t look for those pics and just let it be… My goodness!! this kind of comments that can be read here, no matter if they come from “haters” or “lovers” just show the craziness in this kind of society, where there is no way to express an opinion with out the implication to do it so with the final implication to actually hurt somebody, and you are not hurting OB or MK or their relationship (existence just for the media or not), because I don´t think they would care about this here, they seem to be busy living their lives, while we are busy looking and opinionating about it.
