I will always love janet but I’m considering getting my money back. I mean like some people said, the outfit? yuck. It looks like one of pattie labells outfit that she wore when she had a group back in the day. I also heard janet wore her mohawk with an evening gown…Uh..Huh? That’s like wearing cowboy boots with a prom dress instead of heels, and last but not least the pulling the guy on stage then performing a simulating sex act, with dancers making out too? I mean is it a concert or an orgy?

The best-kept secret in this presidential campaign is Barack Obama’s substantial package of middle class tax cuts–most political junkies can’t even tell you what’s in it and most working-class swing voters don’t even know it exists.

Indeed, those voters would be shocked to discover that, according to independent analyses, Obama is offering 80% of Americans four times as much in tax relief as McCain on average.

The next best-kept secret of the campaign, and arguably the biggest mystery, is why has Team Obama seemingly been hiding this electoral haymaker? Even worse, why have they been letting their opponents con the American people into thinking that Obama will raise taxes on the middle class while McCain will lower them–a damaging line of attack that is demonstrably false?

For example, I bet you did not know that:

–Obama would provide an immediate $1,000 tax cut to 95% of working families.
–Obama would eliminate income taxes altogether on seniors earning less than $50,000.
–Obama would more than double the Hope tax credit for college, up to $4,000 and make it fully refundable.
–Obama would eliminate all capital gains taxes on small business start-ups.
–Obama would not raise income, payroll, capital gains or any other taxes on any family making less than $250,000.
–McCain’s tax cut plan would provide no new direct relief to 100 million households, but would give a $4 billion tax cut to Exxon Mobil (which recently posted a $40 billion profit) and other big oil companies.

The McCain plan for health insurance and privatization of schools would add a terrible burden on families who would be required to pay for these costs themselves. Corporate America is getting out of the business of providing health insurance to employees. McCain’s promise: vouchers. Are you kidding? How long will a voucher program last? Until another republican president comes in and does away with them.

Under McCain the average American family would be strapped with an additional $20,000 to $40,000 in annual costs for education and health insurance.

McCain: The average taxpayer in every income group would see a lower tax bill, but high-income taxpayers would benefit more than everyone else.

Obama: High-income taxpayers would pay more in taxes, while everyone else’s tax bill would be reduced. Those who benefit the most - in terms of reducing their taxes as a percentage of after-tax income - are in the lowest income groups.

Under both plans, all American taxpayers could pay a price for their tax cuts: a bigger deficit. The Tax Policy Center estimates that over 10 years, McCain’s tax proposals could increase the national debt by as much as $4.5 trillion with interest, while Obama’s could add as much as $3.3 trillion.
Obama would also introduce new tax breaks for lower and middle-income groups. Such breaks include expanding the earned income tax credit, giving those making less than $150,000 a $500 tax credit per person on the first $8,100 in income, giving those making under $75,000 a 50% federal match on the first $1,000 of savings, and exempting seniors making less than $50,000 from having to pay income tax.

“Middle-class families get tax cuts that are three times larger from Obama than from McCain,” Furman said. “And the McCain plan gives nearly one-quarter of its benefits to households making more than $2.8 million annually - the top 0.1%.”

I was same as you guys BEFORE the concert, i wasnt really into janets music or performance from what ive seen on tv or heard on radio. But LIVE she literally both ways put fire on that stage. I was so shocked and impressed and entertained from beginning to finish. I am a hard core beyonce fan and ive been to her concert but i gotta say janet was the best concert ive ever been to she had all the right elements. Best part about it was that she had 3 cat walks!!!!!!!!!!!! so all the ppl in the plaza could get a good view of her so row 14 actually had a few mins of feeling what its like to be front row. I thought that was very nice of janet.
Janet has: great stage presence, choreography, dance, consistency, she played out as a dance queen or true diva the whole way through, she smiled, she enjoyed herself, she touched fans hands, she welcomed a audience member up to the stage and kissed him, she is a fierce performer, she danced and smiled through it all, true icon, true diva, true entertainer, true queen of rocking a concert =janet jackson

I went to the show in Vancouver last night and it was incredible…Janet seriously knows how to move! Plus, it was super fun to hear all the songs that I’ve grown up listening to. LOVED IT!

mila maybe its you who has the bad taste! her concert has a futuristic theme so what! space outfits and hairdo it looked cute! i admit i dont like her feedback video but janet is known for wearing catwoman leather cape looking outfits. she did look her best in 1993 when she had slim tight figure wearing stylish clothes but now shes kickin up a notch and doing something different i think its cool. ppl please accept for janets choice im sure shes doing something right. its funny that the ppl who havent been to her concert are complainging about her looks but the ppl who HAVE been to her concert are talking about her amazing talent and performance and all good feedback…..maybe you should go to her concert first then come back here and talk, it will be a slap in the face cuz she wil prove u otherwise!

daneil it seems like you are the only one who didnt enjoy the concert, you probably had a bad seat, poor guy! i was up close to her so i enjoyed every second of it! =) i thought the money was worth it cuz the stage effects were awsome and she memorized 38 songs.
i loved her gold, blue, blkwht, red, brown suit, white outfits! i diddnt like her sailor, brown with red outfits! i loved her mohawk so much that i want one!!!!!!!!! she is a true trendsetter. true icon. anything janet does, is fabulous! janet fans, ignore the haters. i think its immature to hate on anybody really. its ok to be fans of multiple artists. really its ok! they have talent in different ways. janets talent is her performance and dance and style. mariahs is her vocals. beyonce has the whole package. rihannas is her looks!

I Love janet,too. But the problem is not being to chunky. It’s just that short girls, like Janet and myself, should be careful not too wear clingy things, we have hips and you just need to be stick thin to carry an outfit like that, every bulge shows, if she didn’t have that belt she would look much better, the whole outfit would be elongated and create that illusion of length.

What happened to Janet? She used to seem nice. Her new look and raunchy songs are an embarrassment for all. She needs to think about growing up.
