Janet Jackson kicks off her concert tour during the first show of her “Rock Witchu” tour at General Motors Place on Wednesday in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It’s her first tour in more than seven years.
“This show is for all the fans,” Janet, 42, has said of her Rock Witchu Tour. “A lot of the kids have told me what they’d like to hear,” she said of a call-in number she set up for fans to leave her message. “I’ve tried to do as much as I possibly can and incorporate it into the show.”

daneil it seems like you are the only one who didnt enjoy the concert, you probably had a bad seat, poor guy! i was up close to her so i enjoyed every second of it! =) i thought the money was worth it cuz the stage effects were awsome and she memorized 38 songs.
i loved her gold, blue, blkwht, red, brown suit, white outfits! i diddnt like her sailor, brown with red outfits! i loved her mohawk so much that i want one!!!!!!!!! she is a true trendsetter. true icon. anything janet does, is fabulous! janet fans, ignore the haters. i think its immature to hate on anybody really. its ok to be fans of multiple artists. really its ok! they have talent in different ways. janets talent is her performance and dance and style. mariahs is her vocals. beyonce has the whole package. rihannas is her looks!
It’s so sad to see so many people leave negative comments that are all pointless and meaningless….I mean if u wanna criticize then give examples pros, cons….something that would be interesting to read or something to spark a discussion……all this “useless” comments ppl leave, not just here but on youtube, etc. (an this goes for any artist) is just a sign at how stupid and uneducated ppl are really becoming nowadays….it’s honestly really sad…..
I Love janet,too. But the problem is not being to chunky. It’s just that short girls, like Janet and myself, should be careful not too wear clingy things, we have hips and you just need to be stick thin to carry an outfit like that, every bulge shows, if she didn’t have that belt she would look much better, the whole outfit would be elongated and create that illusion of length.
People, please if you have nothing to say nice just keep your criticism
to yourself. she’s an artist and she can wear whatever she likes to wear, she is 42, yes but what’s wrong with getting old, at least she can still shake her booty, as if nobody here will not turn 42.

What happened to Janet? She used to seem nice. Her new look and raunchy songs are an embarrassment for all. She needs to think about growing up.
