A solo Katie Holmes steps out of her New York City apartment on Friday morning sporting a shiny new pair of black leggings.
Previews for Katie’s Broadway debut in the Arthur Miller play begin on Thursday, September 18, 2008 at NY’s Gerald Schoenfeld Theater. The play will open on October 16 and run through January 11, 2009.
I’m going to the September 19th show. Anyone else have tickets for then?? Variety reports advance sales of $3.5 million for the show so far!

not that it matters, but my guess is that she rents a really small apt and they stay at the hotel when TC is in town cause there’s more room, I’m sure it’s a space issue no matter what. probably she wants to be living the “actress in NYC” life and the small apt. is all part of that. who knows, leave her alone

Face it, the producers are trying to save face here and make it seem like the show has a big advance, which just isn’t the case. Maybe Tom needs to start having all his Clam friends buy tickets and help the cause.

The bodyguards are right there with her, like they are everyday. Guy directly behind her in white shirt is a regular. He was with her in Colorado earlier in summer too. There are a few others there. Take a closer look at all the photos Jared posted these past few weeks. You will see the same guys in background shots. All appear to be carrying weapons if you ask me–loose button down shirts always worn untucked is a classic undercover police attire. Also check out the way they are always looking off into the crowd like secret servicemen do.
They have a fleet of tricked-out black SUV with covered windows that make it look as though she’s riding in a hearse [insert your own walking dead joke]. The day Tommy “walked” her to work? That was just out of the fleet of SUVs, from curb to door. Then he got back in his big car and was escorted off.
Everyone working with Katie also has to sign all kinds of confidentiality contracts.

I think she looks nice. I don’t know why everyone is ragging on her “big” legs. She can’t really help that.None of us are born perfect.( and I don’t really think they look all that big anyway , it’s not like she’s very petite) . I think she’s a very pretty woman , I do wish she would smile her old smile more , but she’s still pretty IMO.
I’m really sick of this insipid, minimalist ‘thrown on’ casual look.
