OlderBrad & Angelina Open HIV/AIDS Clinic in Ethiopia
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are continuing to help kids around the world, helping those who have been affected by tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS
The Jolie-Pitt Foundation just donated $2 million to the Global Health Committee to plant a help center in Ethiopia, which will be named after their daughter Zahara (she was adopted from Ethiopia).
The center will be modeled after Maddox Chivan Children’s Center in Cambodia (named after their oldest son), where children receive medical, education and social services.
“Our goal is to transfer the success we have had in Cambodia to Ethiopia where people are needlessly dying of tuberculosis, a curable disease, and HIV/AIDS, a treatable disease,” Jolie said in a statement to People.
Added Pitt, “It is our hope when Zahara is older she will take responsibility of the clinic and continue its mission. The fact that poor people continue to die in our world today of TB, a curable disease, because of lack of access to drugs and care is unacceptable.”

For the record, the petite but powerful singer and actress never has looked for her birth parents. She doesn’t want to, and she feels as if adopted people practically need permission these days to not be looking for their birth parents.

Marcheline served as Secretary-Treasurer of the Foundation until her passing; Angelina Jolie is President and John Trudell is the Advisor.

Hi Snowblood, I am glad to see you posting here at JJ. I dont know if you are still on, but I just wanted to tell you I dont think I will be posting at Celebitchy anymore. I had a fight with the poster RAN on Friday, and all her cohorts came to her rescue by basically attacking me.
I happened on that site on that site a couple months ago, and it seemed quite pleasant and funny at the time. I thouroughly enjoyed the experiece initially, and although there were some people who were not fans, they were not unpleasant and accusotory. What with posters like Lola who you just made fun of, and that was the extent of the unpleasantness. But then you get posters like this RAN and a few others who would come on and try to disrupt the thread for Brad and Angie’s fans. I dont expect everyone to like them, but calling their fans hypocrites for recognising the fraud know as Aniston, when they come on every thrad of the JPs and bash them is freaking ridiculous.
I think a lot of the problem is that CB posts a lot of tabloid c**p that is printed about the JPs , and so you get the idiots who come out with their hate frothing at the mouths, and just making a***es of themselves.
So I have decided, for my mental health (lol), I will no longer visit there. At least at JJ I know i am among fans of the JPs. And the few stragglers who dare to venture here, I can enjoy the beatdown that posters like PT, Jill,piper with a low, guli and the numerous others will give them. I hope you will enjoy posting here. umm with your dumb logic, parents all over the world should not force their children to go to school in their HOPE they actually get graduate from highschool. They also should not keep money in the HOPE their children go to college afterwards…OR buy houses and build empire in the HOPE their children take after them. They should not HOPE their children become a lawyer, an artist, a renow athlete and give them early the material to reach that hope, wether in terms of money or education,…..hey the child may even die before reaching college, or break their legs before exploitung their athletical skills to become a champ… !

I think i will be talking to myself soon, as I am having problems falling asleep. I was so tired after work on Friday, that when i got home, I took a shower, went to bed and slept for twelve hours straight.
And that’s not all. I got up, had something to eat, tried to stay awake lost out on that, and went right back to bed. I probably slept about twenty hours total.
I must have been drugged. I am totally sc***ed now.LOL.
