OlderBrad & Angelina Open HIV/AIDS Clinic in Ethiopia
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are continuing to help kids around the world, helping those who have been affected by tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS
The Jolie-Pitt Foundation just donated $2 million to the Global Health Committee to plant a help center in Ethiopia, which will be named after their daughter Zahara (she was adopted from Ethiopia).
The center will be modeled after Maddox Chivan Children’s Center in Cambodia (named after their oldest son), where children receive medical, education and social services.
“Our goal is to transfer the success we have had in Cambodia to Ethiopia where people are needlessly dying of tuberculosis, a curable disease, and HIV/AIDS, a treatable disease,” Jolie said in a statement to People.
Added Pitt, “It is our hope when Zahara is older she will take responsibility of the clinic and continue its mission. The fact that poor people continue to die in our world today of TB, a curable disease, because of lack of access to drugs and care is unacceptable.”

Aniston has aged 2 times more since she is not with Pitt anymore. She looks washed up and that is a real turn off for a woman who hasn’t even had kids or a hard life to justify it.
Her hands especially are the one of her 60’s and her classiness has gone straight to the toilet as soon as she entered the very selective trash club of the up*skirt view with or without pan-ties…at 39 years old besides.. Oh, and she went out with a womanizer 10 years her junior who probably pee-ed on her all the time they were together !…Nice resume for a woman entering her 40’s and who will have that stamped and baggage as she entered her mature age and is supposed to land a decent guy…no youth mistake as a justification !
Sorry, that’s the truth, she has sunked and lowered her standards in every aspect of her life since Pitt and is now at the same level, even under the Paris Hilton and Brit likes who are cleaning their acts before they reached 30, just like most people are doing at that age, including Jolie. That’s the norm.
There is worse than being trash, there is embracing trashiness when you mature. It’s called : being desperate and pathetic ! That’s the route she has embraced since her Pitt.fall. Sorry for a fans, nothing, not a single thing to rejoice for their desperate idol…the fallen star who keeps on falling…

I disagree. PItt looked very much a shallow pretty boy before hooking up with Jolie. Yes, he dressed fashionably but that was it, nothing more. Funny thing is though I love high end fashion, I did not care to look at him then. He looked too vacuous! Now his look is manly and this is what I call a good look.

Sorry, even if what you are THINKING is true, you are the one obscene, unsensitive, egostistical, hypocrit and cruel, sitting here in your comfort while this money will SAVE lifes let alone one.
Of course it’s not your life or one of your loved ones, so you don’t give a damn. But whatever the motivation of anyone, giving money to save a life is paramount to their motives or justification. And if saying it publicly can motivate one person to do the same, so be it.

AGREE NYSRO….. There is so many worthwhile causes HERE in our country, and Angie and Brad have helped the Katrina survivors get back on their feet, with housing, medical and other funds…..( USA TODAY)……YES, the other countries are very much in need, worse than us, with no medical clinics, medicine, doctors and nurses and children’s vaccinations and most of all clean water and food……….We have some of that here, but NOT like in those countries…..At least most americans can find the help and support they need for themselves and their children………..If not, there are alot of wonderful organizations to help them along,,,,,,,Brad and Angie have given to alot of these causes without pubilcity and fanfare………….( USA TODAY ALSO )…………..It is their money to spend, and I’m gald that at least they are generous enough to help……MOST celebrities will not or have not done so, OR they are pushed into it by their publicist for attention, when their fame is dwindling….Love Angie and Brad !!!!

“Burn,” whose cast includes George Clooney, Brad Pitt and John Malkovich, sold an estimated $19.4 million worth of tickets across the United States and Canada during the three days beginning September 12, distributor Focus Features said.
It represents a new record not only for the Coens but also for Focus, the arthouse arm of General Electric Co’s NBC Universal unit. The brothers’ previous best was “Ladykillers” with a $12.6 million opening in 2004.
Three other new releases followed: prolific filmmaker Tyler Perry’s latest domestic saga “The Family That Preys” at No. 2 with $18 million; the Robert De Niro-Al Pacino cop drama “Righteous Kill” at No. 3 with $16.5 million; and a critically maligned remake of the 1939 distaff drama “The Women” at No. 4 with just $10.1 million.
In fact, critics were hardly more enthused about the other new releases either, including “Burn After Reading,” the Coens’ first release since they won the best picture Oscar in February for the Texan drama “No Country For Old Men.”
“Burn,” which had its world premiere at the Venice International Film Festival last month, stars Pitt as a hyperactive gym instructor who tries to extort money from a sacked CIA analyst (Malkovich) whose sensitive memoirs he stumbles across when a computer disc is dropped by accident. Clooney plays a womanizing federal marshal.
Last week’s champ, the Nicolas Cage thriller “Bangkok Dangerous,” tumbled to No. 8 with $2.4 million. The 10-day total for the film stands at $12.5 million.
“The Family That Preys” and “Bangkok Dangerous” were released by independent studio Lionsgate, a unit of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp.
“Righteous Kill” was released by Overture Films, a fledgling unit of Liberty Media Corp’s Starz Media. Continued…

And again if she does it quite,how do we know she gave money to Oprah 30000 and later two of her old bags to another charity? and she is just spokeperson of St-jude not an involved member. And why her PR team were promoting her on Oprah for a whole week,with something like this:Aniston’s big donate,really? 30000 is the biggest in her charity life?
I don’t know why(whether you are her fan or not) are you trying to act like X is a giving person, while she herself told in Vogue magazine interview in 2006 and later in TV that charity is not her thing? Isn’t it enough for you that she herself has admited she is not a charitable person!

222 you are funny. People like always see things negatively. Brad and Angie talked about buliding a heatlh center in Ethiopia before. They just make it matterialized now. anyways, even it it is like what you said it is not a bad thing ,if every star give money after they found out their movie top the box office Or even after they realised their movies. That makes us able to give us something to talk about beside the movie and what cloth they wore to the premire.
