Brad & Angelina: Most Powerful Pair On The Planet
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have topped the Hollywood power league, according to the Guinness World Records. The power couple was judged from a combination of Internet searches, press stories and earnings.
Though Brad & Angie may be the most powerful, Britney Spears is still the most searched person on the Internet.
In weekend box office office news, Brad’s latest screwball spy comedy, Burn After Reading, opened at No. 1 with an estimated $19.4 million.
The Oscar-winning filmmakers Joel and Ethan Coen directed the movie, which also stars George Clooney John Malkovich.

Just had to throw that out here. I found it ironically hilarious that this b*tch wanted to take the “you’re uneducated, non-executively employed” line of insult, simply because, overwhelmingly at this site, I’ve noticed time and again that it’s exactly the opposite. I get educated just READing the financial off-topic discussions that happen here, and the world-news stuff.

Reading this I wonder how Farah Fawcett is doing. I don’t remember reading anything about her recently. I know she’s battling cancer. People do get better now. Kylie Minogue did.
I wish the experts would hurry up and find cures for cancer, AIDS, TB, diabetes, alzheimer, malaria, etc.
On the other hand, when all diseases have a cure, people live long lives and that means we need to find/make more space and food and water for everybody.
First thing to do is to turn vegetarian, because I read producing meat requires a lot of water. I’m glad I already eat very little meat.
I suppose when there’s no more disease and everybody is healthy, we will then need wars to ‘take care of things.’ What a horrible thought!
I hear Guli will be back here in two weeks.
What went wrong with the O’Neal family? Each and every one of them is a mess.

African Girl, post 796 to me, thank you SO MUCH for taking all that time to write and tell me this history! it’s wonderful, what a story! The little blog that could. I never knew any of this before. You know, I’m fairly new to celebrity-blog commenting, period.
I first got into reading celeb news & gossip about two years ago, back then I think my first go-to site was The Superficial, and What Would Tyler Durden Do, just ’cause they were linked to the Rudius Media network, a site network for writers and Hunter Thompson types, first set up by Tucker Max and his friends, which I’ve always been into since THEY (Rudius Media) first started up. Then, as I got more interested in celebrity news & gossip -I mean it’s a very addictive little internet hobby, isn’t it? - I started finding a few more sites to read, and when I ran across Celebitchy, that was the first celeb gossip blog I started commenting on. It was fantastic, ’til the site’s eponymously named owner basically banned me for criticising Jennifer Anniston. She deleted the entire thread in which she disgustingly bans me after her slander campaign against me, but it can still be found here, if anyone gets bored and feels like checking it out: http://fav.or.it/post/434846/p2
She’s a loathesome little JenHen. I happened by the place yesterday, just to look around real fast, and saw she’s written a couple newish threads, inserting Angelina Jolie in wherever she could merely to snag readership and talk sh*t about Jolie, the old “homewrecker” line. She’s amazingly Jen-esque, this Celebitchy bi tch.
O.K., enough reminiscing. I’ll go back to reading coments, now. Thank you, again, so much, AG, for taking the time to give me such a thorough and awesome write-up about Just Jared’s history and people. I appreciate it a thousand times over. :)

JJ and Celebitchy are the only sites I comment on. I may have to reconsider going to Celebitchy now - that’s so wrong to censor you like that. I sometimes post at Celebitchy also, but i am getting turned off, and may soon stop. Ithink they post all these tabloids c**p about the JPs, and there speculations are always worded in a way to start the hate going.
Also, some of the posters who are not fans of the JPs have gotten downright nasty.

No orchid, I’m saying that the solution must be military, merely that the military may form part of the solution. also, I’m not saying I want to start wwII but even peacekeepers have a military role. See Bosnia.

Russia will not tolerate foreign troops in Georgia, not even peace keepers. They will say THEY keep the peace in that part of the world. It IS peaceful now in Georgia, except that Russia is occupying two of its provinces.
But Russia said they felt threatened. America said they feel threatened. So russia did a pre-emptive strike and quoted the Bush doctrine which mccain and palin is ineffect endorsing. I mean, do you hear the words multilateralism, consultation etc coming out of their mouths?
Consultation with who? About what? Russia doesn’t care. Georgia is tiny. Russia is the big guy on the block in that part of the world.
Russia will definitely feel threatened if foreign troops come into Georgia! It becomes a problem if Georgia becomes a member of NATO. The US is pushing for it. Russia is against it. NATO’s members, which includes the US, would HAVE TO help any of its fellow members in case of an attack.
About the Bush doctrine. The pundits are not in agreement which one it is. I hear it could be any of four things ‘W’ said.
Nothing has ever been written down as THE “Bush doctrine.” I hear it’s Charles Krauthammer (sp?), a political commentator who also writes for TIME, who started using that term.
